We liked being directly on the beach.

The location we had to drive to pick up and return the outside key was inconvenient. We had a car but if we had flown in we would have had to rent an uber or lift 2-4 times just to arrive from the airport and then get to the rental office to pick up and drop off the keys to the outside door. The keys should have been able to be picked up from the location of the rental unit or some place within walking distance to the unit. Also, not enough trash bags were provided. For how much the rental cost for the week a kitchen trash bag for each day (7 total) should be included. I, myself, leave a whole box of trash bags under the kitchen sink for my guests at my lake home. Someone flying in on a plane will not be taking a box of trash bags back with them when they leave. Also, the room considered a 3rd bedroom was really only a laundry room with a twin bed. You need to correct your description to say 2 bedroom, sleeps 5. When I booked your unit back in June of 2022 the description called your unit a 3 bedroom sleeps 6 and the photos made it look like the 3rd bedroom had a full or queen in the room which was deceiving.

we loved the location, right on the beach and very close to so many restaurants. Very clean and well kept.

we didn’t like how the elevator broke down a lot. The facility is an older facility so it did not have a lot of plugs but we bought power strips for the bedrooms and left them for the next and future guest. we wish the facility had basic things such as trash bags, salt and pepper, and paper towels, and family games. the facility was great but looked like the owners just gave the bare minimum to just get by. the air did not work well the whole week so it was very stuffy and hot throughout the week. other than a few basic things the facility 408 was amazing and we will book it same time next year! thank you for an amazing week!! :)

The fact it was in the beach with the balcony facing it. Balcony was screened in. Mattresses were amazing.

A/C set on 72’ when we are used to 65’. Wish there was a tv in every room. Wish we could’ve opened the screen on the balcony like others could. Beds were comfortable but noisy.

Location was perfect. Right on the beach.

Air conditioner did not cool well. Pool was too crowded most of the time. Closet door would not open in front of dryer - very annoying and hard to empty dryer. No extra rolls of toilet paper in condo. Had to make a midnight run to Seven 11 to get TP. Not very thoughtful.
