Our family stayed for five days for Labor weekend. I booked this house on short notice. Karen, the host, replied immediately and accommodated our family's needs. Check in and out process was easy. The home is located in a quiet community within close distance of the beaches and all attractions! The house was spotless, not even dust under beds or ceiling fans! The house is stocked with all supplies above and beyond! The atmosphere of the place creates a vacation mood from the first step you enter. Karen, thank you very much for your accommodations! Our family had a great time! We definitely will come back! I highly recommend this property. You have it all, a pool next to you, a beach within a short distance, shopping, and much more!

Another year at 18 Thistle Ct and it is as fresh, clean, and as nice as the first year! This was the first year we had to contact the owner with a question while we were there and the response was immediate and the issue resolved within just a few minutes. Karen makes sure you are taken care of and have everything you need for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Karen’s condo. The home was just what we’d expected from the photos and was well-equipped with everything we needed. Karen is a very thoughtful host. We’d gladly stay here again.

This was our first visit to Bethany Beach. We were very pleased……what a beautiful town. Our experience with Karen and her property was top notch. Any questions we had she quickly and thoroughly answered. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. This wasn't our first stay at Thistle Ct. and it won't be our last. Dave and Karen provide a home away from home that is perfect for any getaway. We've never had an issue during our stay, but I know that if we needed anything Karen would be right there, communicating is easy and informative. Thank you to the Hills for another great stay!

The property is in a lovely quiet little development. It was very clean and Karen went out of her way to make us feel home at her property. Karen was very responsive to any questions we had. Pictures don't do the property justice. Perfect for our group of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was well stocked with dishes and some essentials. It was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. It was a short distance from the beach, but also central to going to Rehoboth or Ocean City. My family and I had a great time. Karen is WONDERFUL!

The home was nice and clean! The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was really nice! It didn't take long to get to the beach! Would definitely book here again!

We weren't sure if this year's trip to Bethany would happen, but we were incredibly thankful that it did! The rain kept us inside more than we would have liked, but we enjoyed a few days of games and movies and just hanging out. Karen and Dave provide a cozy getaway that allows you to just relax and enjoy being there. If you are headed to Bethany Beach this is the place to stay!

Would most definitely return if we head out to Bethany Beach again in the future.

Perfect spot for a family vacation. Karen has a beautifully decorated home that is so cozy and has all the necessary amenities. the enclosed porch was a nice bonus. The beach was a short drive away but if you bring your bike it's definitely worth is as parking can add up.

Had a wonderful stay, biking distance to the beach.despite being the end of the season and some rain from Dorian there was plenty still happening in Bethany Beach, always one of our favorite places to visit. Karen was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We had another great experience! We love coming to Bethany Beach and especially staying at Karen and Dave's home. The house is exactly as described and Karen is great to work with, she provides all the information you need and very responsive! The location is perfect, it's a short drive to the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away that you can enjoy a quiet evening on the back porch. great property. Clean, well decorated. All amenities were great. Renter was awesome. Really helpful, provided beach chairs, noodles, etc. that went beyond expectation.

The property have everything for i, my husband and two kids enjoyed the morning tennis court and then head to the beach wish is 2 miles away.

Looking forward to staying here again next summer!

Very nice house n quiet, peaceful neighborhood! Loved sitting out on the screened in porch listening to the beautiful birds singing n drinking our coffee every morning!! This was our third year in a row staying at the Hill's home and we will continue to come back! The house is just a short drive from the beach, but far enough away that you're not caught up in the typical beach traffic. The house itself is fantastic! Clean and comfortable, with a homey feel that allows you to really relax and feel like you're on vacation. Karen is great to work with, she provides all the information you might need up front; she takes all of the guess work out of it and lets you enjoy your time at the beach! This is the place to stay if you are heading to Bethany! Thank you for another great year!

My family (2 adults, one child and a baby) visited Bethany for the first time last week. The townhouse was a perfect size for us. The location is great and we loved the pool. The beach is around 8 minutes away and Fenwick Island is less than 15 minutes. Everything you’ll need for the pool and beach is provided. Also, the owners are very responsive. It was a great vacation.

Great place. Home is very clean and well kept. Very comfortable. Owner was very attentive and responded to messages quickly. Community pool was great.

This was our second time staying here and once again we couldn't have been more pleased! The property was just as nice as we remembered and it was great staying in a place that already felt like "home". We can't say enough good things about this property - well-appointed (including an assortment of games, some DVDs and dishes/glasses, spices, etc.), unpretentious and everything in working order. A true home-away-from home with special touches like a thoughtful welcome basket and all the essential house info on one sheet of paper, coupled with some local restaurant recommendations. The house is a brief (less than 10 min) drive from the Bethany "totem pole" and tucked away off the main drag so it's quiet as well. Karen was always quick to reply via email with helpful answers to our questions and was a great virtual host. Highly recommended.

This is our second year staying with Karen and we couldn't be happier. The place is lovely and perfect for our little family. Its always very clean and neat. Karen is wonderful to work with and very responsive. We loved that we could do the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoons. We will defiantly be back again. My sister and I rented this townhouse for several days. The size was perfect for us, and we both admired Karen's decorating acumen. We particularly enjoyed the screen room for reading and enjoyed the pool several evenings. The home is even nicer than it appears, and Karen's response time was exceptional.
