We love staying at Fripp and love this house! This is our 3rd summer spending at this house. The location is perfect! We love that the owners keep their garage stocked with bikes we can use, beach chairs, and other beach supplies!

This house not only met our needs it exceeded all expectations. We have stayed at Fripp for years and this was the best house yet. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking tools and also had excellent sitting room for dining. The beds were extremely comfortable that allowed for great rest. The decor was beautiful and the house was very clean. I cannot think of one area for improvement. Given the opportunity, I would absolutely rent this house again. It was perfection!

From the get go the communication was great with the owner. The house is perfect with a great floor plan. They have thought of everything and the house is very well equipped. We have been coming to Fripp for 10 years now and this has been our favorite home.

We had a great week and this home was perfect for us. It was so beautifully decorated and had the absolute best kitchen. The location on the golf course was amazing. I would highly recommend Vitamin Sea to anyone looking for a vacation rental.

What a great week at Fripp. This property was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with all the necessities of home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, the beds slept great, and we enjoyed all the games every night around the table in the sun room. The garage had tons of beach toys and chairs. We had an amazing week!

We love this home! This is the second summer that we've stayed here and we're currently booking again for next summer. We love that the house includes bikes and plenty of beach chairs and toys. We enjoying spotting the deer on the the golf course behind us, and playing games around the big dining room table in the evenings! The only slight issue is the ac is a little funny in one of the bedrooms (it stays noticeably warmer than the other rooms at night). That is absolutely the only issue though- this house is just lovely!! We look forward to our time on Fripp every year.

Home Away from Home!
We had several questions along the way and Carol was always quick to respond; she was so easy to work with!
The home is beautiful, centrally located, and everything we needed was available. The floor plan and space was more than accommodating and the large family room was well used. The view in the back of the house is picturesque. We had 5 adult kids and one 11yr old, they all want to return to this house next year!

Amazing getaway!
This house has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing beach trip! The pictures and descriptions are spot on. We loved having the beach chairs , bikes, and toys available to us. I haven’t ridden a bike in years, and forgot how much fun it was! We went on family bike rides multiple times each day. The golf course setting was quiet and serene. Of course we had multiple visits by the deer, but we also saw turtles and cranes in the back yard. The house is close to several beach accesses, so finding a spot wasn’t a problem. It was also close to the ice cream store (many bike rides there too!). We will definitely be back to Fripp and will plan our vacation weeks around the availability of this house!

Fripp vacation
The house was immaculate and very roomy for our group of 7. It was our first time there. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The deer, birds and wildlife on the island were fun to watch. There were a few small problems with the house, but all were fixed promptly. The beach on the island was simply beautiful.

Excellent home but AC problems
This is the third home we’ve rented on Fripp, but our first time going thru VRBO. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully designed for an active family. The kitchen and living space are HUGE and tastefully decorated. The owners have included access to many nice extras like beach chairs, tennis racquets, bikes, games, kids toys, pack-n-play, etc. The front and back porches were our favorite post-beach hangout spots. Unfortunately, the AC was not working properly during our stay, which put a damper on our trip. The owners had excellent communication with us in regards to this issue though. They showed genuine concern for the situation and were able to resolve this to our satisfaction. I did feel that the check-out list was pretty extensive compared to other properties I’ve stayed in. (For example, we had to blow the driveway upon departure.) I don’t know if that type of request is typical when booking thru VRBO vs. going thru a property management company though? If the AC had worked properly, I would have given this 5 stars.

Great House and Location
We've been renting homes here for at least 15 years for the Beaufort Charities Golf Tournament. This home was very nice and in a great location. It was on the 6 th fairway so we were able to see friends go by in the tournament. The home was above our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Carol was great to work with in getting anything we needed (amenity cards/ gate passes or any questions) and was always a text away if we needed anything. Will definitely look to book again next year.

Our new favorite house on Fripp
We have stayed in many properties on Fripp over the years and my husband and I both said this is our new favorite! The house gets incredible sunlight, has beautiful views of the golf course, and truly has the perfect layout. We stayed here with another family and had plenty of space due to the wonderful kitchen, living room, and outdoor living space. The kitchen is gorgeous and stocked with everything you need--actually that can be said for the entire house! We are used to bringing all of our beach toys, chairs, etc with us and we could have left it all at home. Everything is perfectly organized with tons of little touches making this property special and unique. Do yourself a favor and book your next stay here.

Such a wonderful family vacation!
The property and home were absolutely stunning! It was our first family vacation in over 4 years and we had a wonderful time! Everything was spotless and clean. My twins loved the toys that were there for children. The kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with everything you would need. We are already planning our next trip back!
