We really enjoyed our stay at the Sierra river house. Owners were great. Location is perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed to keep our teenage boys busy in the game room or exploring the river right outside the backdoor.

This property is the perfect location for Sequoia National Park & Kings Canyon.
After traveling from Yosemite the day before, we enjoyed a rest day at the house before heading into Sequoia. The game room was a HUGE hit with our kids and the extra large washing machine and dryer were a HUGE hit for the adults.
We had a great time tubing in the river and swimming in the calm water holes.
Our only suggestion for the house is ceiling fans! No air conditioning can keep up with the 100+ temps and the days/late afternoon the house was warm. It would cool off by bed time so sleeping was comfortable.
Overall, this house was a big hit and we would love to stay again!

The house was a perfect spot to head up to the National Parks and just enjoy family time by the river. The home is positioned on the river so we could enjoys it both inside the home and outside on the deck and shore. Our kids loved the game room and we appreciated the spaciousness of the house. It was clean, bright, and comfy. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this home.

We loved our stay at Three Rivers. Our host provided everything to make our stay comfortable and entertaining, including a beautiful location. The river was the highlight of our stay. It was incredible to be able to sit next to that beautiful river after coming back from of a full day of exploring Sequoia Park.

They properly was just as described and pictures online were up to date. Loved the property and privacy. So peaceful and relaxing!!! We hiked, river rafting, Climbed Moro rock and saw the National parks during our visit. We were able to go out to eat and cook at the property and loved every minute. Srey provided information before our arrival of places to visit, restaurants and where to go for groceries in nearby towns. We stopped in the town of Visilia before our arrival to grocery shop. Thank you for a wonderful property to spend time and make memories!!! Highly recommend!!!🌷

My sister was visiting my family from Illinois and I decided to book this house for part of their stay. The house was absolutely beautiful with picture windows, a fully stocked kitchen and everything we could possibly need. It really felt like home! They also made some special accommodations for my sister that had mobility issues! We enjoyed the sleeping each night to the sound of the river. We will definitely be visiting again!

Great property so close to the entrance of the National park. Great views of the river from inside and out on the patio. Our kids loved spending time in the game room too. Great recommendations on places to go/eat from our host to help in the planning process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful property. It’s true—this home is nicer than the photos indicate.
The large living room windows afford a clear view of the river running outside, as well as the trees and mountains behind it. At night, we turned off the lights and enjoyed the hundreds (perhaps even thousands) of stars overhead.
We will definitely book Srey’s property again when we visit Sequioa & King’s Canyon again.

Absolutely amazing property with a beautiful view of the river. We loved the proximity to The Sequoia National Park. It has all the amenities of home, we had fun with the recreation activities in the garage, good for the younger adults in the group. The hostess was very responsive and had great communication with us. If in the area again, we would rent this property again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you

We usually do an annual camp trip in Three Rivers. Decided to switch it up and rent a home. This house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and waterfront! We enjoyed several home cooked meals, floating in the river, hiking the nearby national park, and visiting local restaurants. The game room was so much fun with the pool table, ping pong table and video games! Srey was amazing, top notch host! She was in constant communication with us from start to finish, ensured all our needs were met. Srey provided all the information we needed from driving directions, local hot spots, events, and safety matters. We had such an awesome experience, we can't wait to do it again!

Well hidden, well laid out place with absolutely lovely outdoor gardens leading to the river below. Just gorgeous. The place had everything and ridiculously close to the Sequoia Nat’l Park. Instructions were beyond expectations. We enjoyed and would have stayed longer simply to explore the area, it was so pretty.

Our family had a great time staying at the river house, it was our base to explore Sequoia National Park. Srey was great communicating throughout the entire process, proving timely road conditions in the national park. The house is amazing, with the river flowing in the back, to old school arcade games entertaining the kids for hours. Our only regret was not spending a lot of time outside due to the heatwave, but glad the house had working AC. The house was well appointed and comfortable for the 7 of us to relax and enjoy the views and sounds of the river!

Excellent VRBO experience and property! The raging river in the back is breathtaking and so relaxing, but what I appreciated most was the owner’s helpfulness! Very informative and helpful about the area, and so easy and quick to communicate with (though, not actually from the house as there wasn’t great cell service). Highly recommend!

Really impressed with this property. It was beyond our expectations. Perfect for exploring the National Parks nearby. Communication with the Property Manager was extremely useful and helpful; lots of local information, smooth check in/check out. No issues at all. The property was very well equipped, very spacious with amazing river views! We also enjoyed the garage games room after a day of hiking.
We loved our family stay here and would definitely recommend it. Perfect escapism and stunning location by the river ! Thank you

We had such a great thanksgiving break at this house. The view from the living room is absolutely beautiful. The house was spotless and well stocked. The host was thorough and friendly. Highly recommend especially if you’re visiting sequoia.

This property was clearly well maintained and very well located for our excursion into Sequoia. We had a minor problem with the TV which turned out to be "user error" and was quickly responded to by the property manager.
AND, a bear decided to show up on the driveway! We were too excited and no one got photos but it was still a fun sighting.

This property was even better than the pictures online. It’s was the perfect place to relax after a long day at the National Parks. The river in the backyard was beautiful. We loved the ping pong and pool table in the garage. It was the perfect location, just minutes away from the entrance of the park.

Nice stay on the river, near Sequoia park
Great house, very consistent with photos! Love the deck looking out at the river and the little rocky "beach" we were able to walk down to where my kids could wade in the water. Beautiful big windows looking out at the river. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful in providing a lot of information about the area. The house is just a few minutes from the entrance to Sequoia national park as well as easy driving distance to establishments in Three Rivers and Kaweah lake. Also with an infant I appreciated that the house was generally fairly baby safe with not too much trouble a crawling baby could get into!

It does not get any better!! Super close to the park entrance, but the back porch and the river are your own private park!!! Loved this location, and we will 100% be back. Srey was amazing to communicate with and we felt so taken care of. It's even more beautiful in person! :) Thank you, Srey!

After long days exploring Sequoia National park this was the perfect place to relax and soak our sore feet in the chilly waters of the Kaweah river. The house is wonderful, with views of Moro rock from the living room. I was so glad there was WiFi because all of our phones had no service.

We had a wonderful time at the Sierra River House. The house was clean, wonderfully laid out and had all the amenities we needed. The location is close to the park and restaurants. We will definitely return.

It’s a lovely home, even nicer in person than the pictures. River is accessible which was great. House is well kept and was very clean. It has a game room too. Home is close to Sequoia park entrance as well as the local restaurants. And the host is great. She is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

Four professional women on a girls hiking, get together vacay. Beautiful property, spacious, well laid out, very comfortable and great supplies of kitchen accessories. We grilled and ate great meals on the deck overlooking the river! Highly recommend this property. you won't be disappointed!

Oh my goodness, this home is amazing. Even more gorgeous in person than in the photos. Spotless, beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable. The quiet—except for the sound of river right out your window—was lovely for us city slickers. Our stay was too short. This was my favorite VRBO stay to date. Thank you!
