noisy location delivery trucks early in the morning

Lovely furnishings and great location--walkable to many things. Room was very clean and comfortable.

No staff on premises to address any issue that might arise (eg--tv not working). No room service. Room was dark.

The actual name of the place was The Condos at Belfast NOT The Suites at Belfast so that is very confusing! No breakfast

Poor directions there was no entrance to unit from front of building’s address on Main Street and the name of the place is not correct.

Location was excellent. We LOVED Belfast. Room was spacious.

Odor as soon as we entered room. Smelled musty. After a while one got used to it. Room was advertised as having central air but had a portable AC which was propped in window with hangers and a bath towel. Toilet seat broken and nearly injured self as it slipped to side when sitting. We did call number listed as management on day of check out and told that we had received message about the toilet. Unfortunately that call went straight to VM ( we keep phones on us at all times due to daughter having a medical problem) . I did notice a VM from TX later but did not check as we were in Maine and assumed it was spam. All along we had been getting texts and and emails from property and would have definitely seen if that is how we were contacted. A note left in room could have solved toilet issue as it looks like someone had been working on it prior to our checking in ( parts on back of toilet) A big complaint was the price but that is entirely my fault as I notice the fees after completing the transaction. $145 added to a one night $195 fee! Beware as you can NOT cancel your reservation. If I was more observant would have chosen a different room as we initially chose room thinking that $195 was an ok price for an in town room. Check in and out times not great if you are doing one night.

The location was perfect. Accessible to shops, restaurants and waterfront.

Unfortunately, I rarely check my personal email. My Vacasa representative personally walked me through the process of registering and getting my keys!!! Bravo

The inn was lovely and spacious, with a charming courtyard off our room on the first floor. We had a sitting room with upholstered chairs, an armoire with large screen tv, a kitchenette and large bathroom. They provided high quality toiletry products, and the two queen beds were comfortable. The only small hitch was that we didn't realize there would be no host or registration desk on the premises. The registration through Booking.com included electronic keyless entry codes to the Inn and to our room, however, I had not received the room number with my reservation. We had to call an 800 number and were lucky to reach a young man who had the information. He told us we were in room 104 but we searched up and downstairs and around the outside of the building before we found the room. It was a stressful start to our stay but everything worked out great after that.
