This is an apartment with 2 bedrooms and the other beds for 3 were on convertible sofas. Ruff nights sleep on the convertibles. The beds were fine, place was clean. Air conditioners in bedrooms worked good but no A/C in the kitchen family area also were 3 sleep. reasonable distance to walk to train station to Cinco Tierre beautiful place the villages and an easy train ride and low fair., plenty of trains to get to and from the villages. 10 MINUTE trip ON TRAIN ! Teh city of La Spezia is were nice and accommodating with shops/restaurants, and things to do. For a place to see Italy without the big city hassle but, a large enough city to provide what ever you need.

It was a small apartment, complete with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a washing machine. The apartment was very well-stocked with necessary dishes and utensils, towels, etc. Although we did not meet the owner in person, videos and photos of the procedure to retrieve the keys and enter the apartment were sent to us via texts and were very complete. We had no problem accessing the apartment. We chose this property as it was near the train station for easy access to the Cinque Terre area.

We had a little difficulty understanding how to operate the washing machine, but after some trial and error we were successful in completing a needed load of wash. We had chosen our various lodgings for this trip largely based on whether or not an elevator would be available (we are both in our 70s). There was indeed an elevator located at the premises but it was not operational due to renovations being conducted in the building.

The property owner communicates excellent. I like the property designed from old to model. It’s clean and tidy. I want to stay here again..

Large apartment with two big bedrooms. two big double beds in each bedroom and one small bed in one of the bedrooms. big bathroom and kitchen. there was a microwave, a washing machine, a water kettle and coffee. Location: 10’ on foot to the train station.a lot of parking spaces nearby (blue line- payable). fully refurbished.

the apartment was in the basement so it was very humid. the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and it was not fixed. we had only towels for bath not small for face. very noisy neighborhood.

The property is very charming, nice renovation, good structure. Location is very good, walking distance from pedestrian area and around 20min from the port, where we hop on the boat trip to Cinqueterre. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedrooms. Gabriele was super friendly and helpful, gave all necessary tips to restaurant, supermarket, bars, gelateria (go to Gelateria Vernazza, the best I've had in a long while) and boat tours. Parking is cheap in front of the building (0.75/hour from 8:30-20:00) and, even though it might look busy, if you wait for a few minutes you will find a spot.

Just a few recommendations. Even though the bedrooms had air conditioning, the living room/ kitchen had little ventilation (it's a "below street level" apartment), would be good to have at least a fan. We also believe that small details would make it better equipped, such as: a few bowls to prepare salads and other meals, clean kitchen cloths with absorbing fabric to wipe counter top, kitchen table and dry cooking tools, hand towels for the bathroom, hooks in the bathroom/ bedroom to hang towels and clothes.

The style mixing the renew commodities with a little view of a ancient structure is perfect. The host was so attentive. It was a very pleasant stay. So close to the market and the train station to easily access Cinque Terre.
