Questo è un bellissimo edificio nuovo in centro città con un garage privato custodito. L'edificio ha un ottimo stile e servizi tra cui una bellissima piscina coperta con enormi luci del cielo, piscina all'aperto e ampia palestra. Questo condominio dispone di 2 caminetti a gas e 4 bagni spaziosi e un mezzo bagno per rendere confortevole l'esperienza di vacanza! Due spazi di parcheggio dedicati vengono con questo condominio, con area di trabocco per una 3a macchina.
La cucina gourmet offre elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile Viking di fascia alta tra cui un piano cottura a gas, una piastra, un grande frigorifero incorporato che offre molto spazio per tutte le bevande e gli alimenti delle vacanze, il refrigeratore di vino e tutti gli elettrodomestici da banco previsti tra cui Keurig e normali caffettiere.
Il grande ripostiglio ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice di dimensioni standard.
Twin Master Bedroom Suites: Le suite della camera da letto principale offrono un grande santuario per allontanarsi da tutto! Great Ocean Vista dalle sedie imbottite. Due grandi pannelli scorrevoli in vetro offrono una vista mozzafiato sul mare e spiaggia. Queste porte scorrevoli accedere al balcone e vista sul lungomare, mare e divertimento molo. Ottimo posto per andare in pensione e rilassarsi nell'arredo del balcone di fascia alta, tra cui tavolo con 4 sedie e 4 sedie a sdraio stile Adirondack. Avere un posto in prima fila per i fuochi d'artificio estivi settimanali dal balcone. I nostri ospiti ci dicono che vivono sul balcone, godendosi il panorama, l'aria dell'oceano e il sole. Le immagini non rendono giustizia all'unità!
Downtown Location: Uno dei più grandi problemi con la passerella OC è il parcheggio! Risolto con il garage privato! È possibile parcheggiare l'auto e raggiungere a piedi tutto ciò che si potrebbe desiderare di fare. Tutti i negozi, divertimenti, bar e ristoranti sono a pochi passi di distanza. Entro 5 isolati ci sono noleggio Jet Ski, barche da pesca d'altura, oltre una dozzina di ristoranti, minigolf, spiaggia, il molo dei divertimenti con giostre per tutte le età, sale giochi, gelati, caramelle e negozi di magliette, Thrashers Fries e i popcorn di Fisher. Va bene a casa tua passo. Migliori supermercati sono dall'altra parte del ponte, ma meno di 2 miglia di distanza. Ci sono molti campi da golf pubblico solo attraverso la Rt 50 Bridge, con un 5-10 minuti di macchina.
Questo condominio si esaurisce ogni estate entro la fine di aprile. Non aspettare per effettuare la prenotazione in anticipo in modo da non essere lasciato fuori!

What a great location for young kiddos, lots of space in the perfect spot! Everyone loved the stay especially me, a mom of two kiddos under three. I was able to enjoy some gym and pool time during naptime because the pool is right outside our window. Loved, loved, love our time here!

The condo was in a great location, easy access to so much, and had amazing space for the family to spread out and enjoy. Beds were comfortable, views of the beach were beautiful, loved the high ceilings, and communication was helpful and quick. Would love to stay again in the future!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The kitchen was wonderful and well stocked.(My sister was in love with the stove) There were plenty of chairs for all of us to sit around the dining room table and together in the living room. All the bedrooms/bathrooms were nice. We are all looking forward to staying again!

with the expense of the rental, one would expect to have all the appliances working. The ice machine was not working. The ice machine in the ref was not allowing you to get the ice. (we ended up fixing ourselves as no one came to fix it). The wine ref door would not stay shut, so we could not use it. The oven temp is off by almost 50 degrees. And on the last day, the cart to use for your stuff to take to your car had flat tires and could not be used.
The property managers were wonderful with their communications around all the alarms/work that was happening that week and very receptive to things. would just like to see the appliances working.

The property was a great place to watch the surf during Ophelia. It was also great there were so many great restaurants, bars and shops we could walk to. We never used our cars once!
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was nice having a TV in each bedroom. I would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. It's big and can handle a larger number of people. A breakdown of a counter top appliance resulted in a new one being delivered the same day. Great view and immediate access to the boardwalk and beach. Best of OC Condo Rentals was the company managing it and they were always available before and during the trip. Yes it's expensive, but worth it.

The place itself & the view were absolutely beautiful. However, after the 2nd or 3rd night we all woke up with headaches, some had diarrhea, rashes. We didn’t think much of it until a family member noticed black mold. My fiancé & I actually left a night early because I was getting really sick & at that point wasn’t really able to do much because of how sick I was feeling. Turns out the whole place had black mold, bathrooms, laundry room, the ac unit. It was all around the vents which leaves us to believe the vents were filled with it. While they were very apologetic, a sorry doesn’t fix the 4-5 days wasted of us all being sick.

Our family loved staying here. Gorgeous view and right on the boardwalk! Chefs kitchen made it delightful to fix a few evening meals. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. No waiting in line for showers. The only issue we had was with the elevator. The door would not open on level one. Since our parking spot was on level one, this made it difficult to load and unload car.

Location, location, location and amenities. Who would not want these aspects? This unit has it all. The ocean front views are spectacular and the amenities (which were well maintained) of the unit made for an excellent vacation. There were 8 adults and 1 toddler (4 families) for the trip. A bedroom and bathroom for every family plus a half bath as an "extra" was great. The kitchen is a "chef's kitchen" and if you want to cook you have everything you need. If you do not want to cook, there are many restaurants offering a large variety of cuisines that are within an easy walk or by taking the tram. The boardwalk offers not only shopping options but also provides a "state fair" feel (funnel cakes, ice cream, games, amusement park).
Only downside was lack of a cart for transporting items to/from vehicles to the unit. We used our beach wagon for the heavier items.
I would 100% recommend the unit to large families and stay here again.

Our family included my husband and I , my 84 year old mom and our son and daughter’s families which included 6 grands…ages 7, 4,4, 1.5, 1 and 1!! After a wrong code entrance snag that hosts quickly corrected with quick phone response we entered the beautiful space which smelled newly cleaned. Unfortunately, after the babies were crawling around for a bit and some of us were barefooted we realized the floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned. Steve and Claire came themselves the next day and vacuumed and steam cleaned.!! We loved the balcony, the indoor pool being just down the hall, the spacious kitchen, groceries just 10 minutes away, a pizza shop on the first floor, the beds are comfy and the walk in closets made awesome rooms for the babies. One minor hiccup was the unit was out of stock of trash bags, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels that we were expecting to be there but had to add to our grocery list.

This is a great condo located right on the boardwalk. Easy walk for the entire boardwalk. Views are outstanding. Condo is very comfortable. Security is excellent. We had trouble accessing the condo upon arrival but after a 5 minute phone call to property management we gained access.

The property is absolutely beautiful and well appointed. Management group very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We rented a couple of units in the building to accommodate our family - ages 1.5 to 95.5 yrs old to make my mothers dream of "one more family trip" to OC come true. This unit was absolutely perfect for hosting a 14 person Thanksgiving and for hanging out for the holiday. We did have an issue with the refrigerator failing overnight our first night. Management was very responsive and found a serviceman within hours on Thanksgiving morning but he could not fix it and that did not help when hosting Thanksgiving dinner for 14. They brought a loaner frig the next day but since the separate ice maker unit was not working either it meant we had to buy ice and keep all our food in coolers for 48rs. We were very pleased with the owners response & attempts to make things right but it was a huge inconvenience. We understand these things happen but I wish the management group would have offered us a discount or a late checkout (for my elderly mother) or something. That would be my only disappointment with this experience. The condo was perfect otherwise in every way and we made a lot of memories over the Thanksgiving Holiday that we all will cherish.

We really enjoyed our stay! We needed a rental with enough beds for 6 adults and an elevator for my 99yo grandmother. The condo was perfect. Grandma was able to sit out on the balcony and watch the dolphins, it was very accessible for her and the rest of us enjoyed it just as much.

Great location right on the beach/boardwalk! May have preferred to stay more uptown where it was less busy. Interior was beautiful but some minor issues found. Everything looked clean but 2 toddlers crawling on the floor ended up with dirty knees. Perhaps a different type of flooring that was easy to clean would help that. A towel rod was broken when we arrived and a curtain rod was loose but those were non issues. Both master bedrooms had a high window without a shade covering up top so if sunrise light would affect your sleep, bring a blackout curtain that you could tape to the wall would definitely help. Overall great stay with my kids and grand kids!

The location is beautiful and the property itself has such great promise. But… it was dirty and beat and for one of the most expensive rentals in OC, it should not have filthy grout, completely stained couches, broken chairs, dirty dishes and greasy stove. And filthy carpeting A small investment to keep it nice and a new cleaning lady would be a five star. Plus when I complained, nobody had the courtesy to email me back.

this condo fit our needs. Comfortably fit our family of 11. Kitchen was very nice. Fully stocked with dishes etc.. Very disappointed in the cleanliness. Floors were dirty. we had to scrub them. Especially the bathrooms. Living room furniture also needs cleaned. Location great and security very good.

OCEAN CITY better than expected
Condo is in a perfect place on the boardwalk. Very spacious for a family of 12. Check-in process, online listing, communication was excellent. Linens and bedding could use some updating. Absolutely would go back as 1 week is not enough to enjoy all the things Ocean City has to offer.

Location location location!
The location can’t be beat, and honestly the pictures don’t do this place justice! The condo is HUGE and with 9 adults we had more than enough space to sprawl around. We really appreciated the access to their storage locker so that we could borrow some beach chairs/tent!
