Well fitted out with everything we needed!

Air con struggled to cool upstairs loft. Mattress was abit too firm for my liking.

Property is located close to coach/train station and few steps to city center whichbis a big plus.

If you dont like stairs dont chose apartment with entresol 😉

Good location and good sized bathroom. Great it has a mini kitchen too and little balcony.

Quite hard to find the accommodation. Only gave us 2 toilet rolls for a 4 day stay for 3 people! One of the downstairs blankets smelt like sick. Floors had not been cleaned properly. Communication with host wasn't great.

There was no lift. For elderly people access to room especially with luggage was difficult.

Good location, a quiet street and a really nice bed, so you will be able to catch a good night sleep. The staff were very welcoming

Maybe it was bad luck, but during our stay, one day the boiler wasn’t working ( this was fixed very quickly), another day the bathroom flooded (this was also vfixed very quick) and the last day the WiFi didn’t worked. These are things they cannot control, but I guess after 3 things, I kinda expected some kind of gesture, something more than just an apology.

The Apartment was in the heart of Palermo, directly of the Main Street and everything was within walking distance. It is a modern Apartment and very clean. We were welcomed by Valentina who kindly waited for us at the Apartment she gave us a lot of tips and information.

A very clean and well equipped apartment, located 3 min from railway station, very close to old town and main attractions in Palermo.

loved the property, really light and airy feel. The location in the city was perfect to walk around and explore from, check in was really easy, highly recommend staying there while in Palermo.

pillows were a little flat and uncomfortable for my personal tastes - a very very minor complaint!

Had an amazing stay at Maison Cuto. Location was prefect and the room itself was extremely clean and enough space for the three of us to chill out after a day of walking. Tizania who handled over our keys was super nice and gave us alot of infomation around the area and what to see and do, honestly she was so friendly and was amazing. even gave us her number incase we wanted to ask her anything throughtout our stay. Everything was as pictured.

Very close to Palermo Central railway station. Studio room with double bed, wardrobe and side tables located on a mezzanine platform above the living space reached by a relatively steep open tread staircase - the separate sleeping area was very good and made the studio feel like a 1 bedroom apartment. Excellent air conditioning, which coped with 40deg C hot spell. Full gas cooker with kettle for making tea (also capsule coffee machine which we didn't use during our stay). Welcome basket of nibbles/muffins/crisps & coffee capsules. Washing machine. Double bed settee in the lounge/dining/kitchen area.

3 flights of stairs to reach accommodation as building is in old part of city so no lift (reason scored 8 instead of 9 overall). No tea towels for drying washing up. Hiccup with pre-arrange meeting to collect keys at the street entrance. Had to phone contact number after waiting outside for a while - host arrived a short time after telephone call.
