The condo had beautiful views and was very clean. The owners were very accommodating, and quick to respond. The pools were great, and the beach was perfect. NSB continues to be a great place for a family vacation.

Condo is very well equipped in all areas. The beds are comfortable. The location and pool, and the beach were all great. Would love to stay here again.
Only thing needed is a new bathroom fan in the main bedroom bathroom.

This was our first time staying in New Smyrna beach and this rental was perfect for us. We traveled with 6 three teen boys. Everything you need for the beach was there, towels, chairs etc. it was great! The property was quiet and clean, everyone was so kind and respectful!! Would stay here again for sure!

Everything at this condo was accurately presented. When we had a question, Florida Vacay was immediately available and helpful. The beach was gorgeous. Although the condo was pet friendly, the outdoor property was definitely not welcoming to pets.

A perfect condo, a beautiful location, a fantastic ocean view a lovely place to stay. We enjoyed our week at seacoast condo and we’re close to restaurants and shopping. Due to the hurricane the steps to the ocean or blown away. We had to go down to Flagler Avenue and pay $20 a day to get on the ocean. We can’t do anything about mother nature. I highly recommend this condo. Linda

Overall I would say that this property is falsely advertised. It is listed as "pet friendly." IT IS NOT!!! You cannot take your pet ANYWHERE on the property. You must go off property with your pet for him/her to do his business. No pets are allowed on the beach either! If you are a smoker (which I am not), you are SOL!! No smoking allowed anywhere except this little corner by the exit gate completely open to the elements. You are not told any of this until AFTER they get your money if at all. This property was under renovation while we were there. The large window in the living room area had been newly dry-walled and replastered. That's it! No paint; no window treatments. Completely visible to anyone and everyone, especially at night if a light is on. The entrance door is under repair and the dead bolt has been removed. If I had known these things I would never have rented this property. Of course, you don't get your money back once booked. We disliked it so much that we left 2 days early. Here's a few more gripes: no beach umbrella provided; bring your own

the area rug in the living area needs to be replaced

I will say that the view is great! You are right on the ocean and can see it from just about anywhere in the condo. This condo is an end unit. The bed in the master was very comfortable. This condo has two full baths. Other than that, I hated it. I will never book through Florida Vacay again. They falsely advertise!!!

The condo was clean and very accommodating. There were plenary of kitchen appliances to cook in. The pool and property was well maintained. The balcony view is incredible. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Loved corner unit, beds were comfy, disappointed we were not informed there was some sort of repair/construction in process in the unit and view in living room was blocked.

We had a great time and really liked the corner unit. Wonderful accommodations for 4-5 would have been crowed with 6. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. I guess they are working on getting new blinds in living room. That was the only thing different from picture.

On arrival the unit was clean and ready. We had everything we needed to make our month stellar. We had our small dog with us and he loved lying on the balcony watching people on the beach. Wish we could have taken him ON the beach. The most difficult part of making our plans was finding the pet friendly unit

Great oceanfront views And ocean sounds
Overall a very clean and comfortable condo. Was wonderful being able to bring our little dog and he loved it on the balcony! The kitchen is really small and not as well stocked as other condos we've stayed in. With that being said we didn't cook any meals and had everything we needed so it didn't matter.

stop spraying so much!!
the trip was great, the only main problem was they spray heavily every morning for bugs! it's so toxic and poisonous i couldn't breathe! everywhere we went they were spraying so much poison all over the condo! i was ready to go back to PA where i could breathe. i felt bad even making my dog walk in the grass with it. if you have asthma or any respiratory condition stay away. no wonder the bees r dying. gag! condo had everything we needed tho just wish it was cleaner. the property manager was great and helped us with any concerns we had!

Great Visit
We loved our stay here. The guest left a bottle of wine and note since this was Valentine Weekend. Loved the view with the corner balcony. The place had everything we needed and we definitely will be back if the place is available. Great relaxing few days to get away from winter. Thanks again

The property managers were very helpful with construction issues during our stay. They made sure we had a good 2 week visit. A lot of elevator issues which made things hard.

Fantastic Beach Views!
We had a wonderful time at the beach: perfect weather, perfect condo, great restaurants & Florida Vacay was awesome to work with. They walked us through everything. Will book again, definitely looking at some summer weeks.

Key Code
The stay was wonderful. Our extended family has rented this unit multiple times in the past so we were well aware of what we were renting. Only disappointment with VRBO or Florida Vacay Rentals was in the entry to the unit upon arrival. When we reserved the unit we were emailed a sheet showing a door knob/key pad with the keycode we were to use upon arrival. When we arrived, the keypad didn't match the photo and the keycode we were given did not work. Had to call the Florida Vacay Rentals number we were given and for some reason the key code was not changed to match the picture we were sent. Not a big deal but just a hassle when you are excited about arriving and cannot get in to the unit. Just a little more quality control expected when you are paying that much for a unit.

so nice we extended our stay
This was a great substitute for your yearly late summer vacation. we usually go elsewhere but needed a new place this year. Unit was perfectly stocked and had all the needed items to be comfortable. (Regirgerator could be replaced, but it kept the beer cold!) The ocean view is great. The unit has a close parking space, and the elevator is right outside the door providing easy access to the grounds, pools, and the beach. furniture not to my liking, but bed was comfortable. The unit has poor reception for Wi-Fi and cell service. but that was a great excuse not to use technology and relax. highly recommend this place and this unit. really enjoyed the "downtown area" and the "3 hour tour" at JB's Fish shack was a great outing! we will be back!!

A Little Slice of Heaven on Earth
We absolutely LOVE Sea Coast Gardens III 306. Our first stay in 306 was the summer of 1997 & we have returned year after year. We have a large family & usually rent multiple condos at SCG III, but we ALWAYS rent III-306. That unit is like our home away from home & we have actually picked a different week if 306 wasn't available. We consider 306 as "our" condo. The owners have made sure the condo has everything you need to have a great vacation: comfortable furniture, books, puzzles, games, beach toys for kids, beach umbrellas, lots of extra towels including beach towels, the kitchen has everything needed to cook, etc. Being a corner unit, the windows overlooking the pool, shuffleboard courts & deck, along with the sliding glass doors leading out to the oceanfront balcony, allow the sunlight inside & provides excellent views. You can't go wrong renting SCG III-306!
