Questa casa unica vanta una piscina privata di 12 x 23 e tre portici generosi con viste meravigliose, tra cui panorami a sud e ovest dei compagni Golden Isles - Jekyll, e il leggendario appello sulla barriera di Cumberland e oceano, oceano ovunque. We had a wonderful week at Sea Gift Cottage on St. Simon's Island. The rental house is great; the fourth year we have stayed in the same house and plan to return next year. The management staff is very responsive if there are issues, but really that is very rare. The house is always clean and well stocked with starter essentials like paper towels and toilet tissue.

Fabulous house and location. We enjoyed the front porch immensely!The only suggestions I would make to make the experience even better would be:Plumber work on shower in upstairs bedroom (one with attached bathroom). The shower does not drain well and gets very slippery and dangerous due to soap residue. It would also be nice to have a keurig coffee maker. Other than that, perfect stay!! Thank you

We have stayed at Sea Gift for several summers. As usual, it was perfect again! The only complaint I have is that garbage pickup schedule makes it difficult when the bin is filled from prior guests the Saturday we arrive. I know this is probably city scheduling and can't be changed. This is absolutely the only thing I would change if I could.

We come to St. Simons every summer and have stayed in multiple vacation rentals. This one blew them all away! The location is perfect, and it was just the right size for our family (but could easily have worked for a larger group). We have already requested the same week next year, and as far as I'm concerned this will be our annual vacation rental for the foreseeable future!

Had good family vacation at Sea Gift for second year. House is ideal location - close to beach, village, restaurants, and shopping. Upper deck and porch are relaxing place for reading and spending time with family. Back deck dining table is nice for enjoying meal with view of beach. Ideal location for young children with walk across street to beach and backyard pool. Hope to spend a third week at Sea Gift next year.

This property checks all the boxes. With beach views from almost every seat in the house and catty corner to the public entrance, we were able to walk our dogs on the beach almost every morning. We had the most amazing time. In fact, we love it so much that a week is not enough, so we booked our next visit for a month!

The adults love the front porch and sitting on it at dusk with a good glass of wine, watching the ocean. It is comfortable and well-appointed. Our family staying here said that the A/C struggled to keep them comfortable. Granted, it was a hot July week, but inside daytime temp was 77 degrees, and 72 after dark. The pool was a welcome relief! Upstairs has a cottage layout. The living room sofa & chairs reflect that the home gets constant rental.

Best home rental on SSI!
Home is LITERALLY steps to the beach. Water views from the 3rd floor bedrooms are beautiful. The kids room with bunk beds was so precious. The house was very clean when we arrived and stocked with any kitchen item you could need. The linens and towels were nice and soft. This rental only provided 4 beach chairs, but we took our own so wasn't an issue. The pool was a little dirty when we arrived (sand and leaves). We called the rental agency and they sent a PERSON to clean the pool within a few hours. The home is older but obviously well maintained and loved. There was an extra living room and half bathroom in the basement for use near the pool. Would be perfect for older kids/teenagers to hang. The pool had an outdoor shower, complete with hot water for rinsing off at the end of the day. Our toddler thought this was sooo cool. The fenced in backyard/pool area was so nice to drop beach wagon, etc and leave for the next day. No need to worry about it being safe or put away. There were 2 outdoor dining tables to enjoy coffee or dinner. The porch looks directly onto the Atlantic Ocean. We thoroughly loved this home, its location to the beach and the village and the rental agency!

The location across the street from the beach is amazing and we also enjoy having a private pool! The house has a deck on the back and a large front porch we used daily. This house is a dream - location, access to and view of the beach, furnishings, spaciousness, well supplied kitchen. We met the owners upon arrival and they were very gracious, helpful, and offered any help we needed. The house clearly has been given a lot of love and detail. And, yes, it was very clean. It was wonderful to be able to stay in a dog friendly house, too!
