If you have the chance to stay here, don’t miss out! The house is beautiful and quiet. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The common room is stocked with coffee, juices, and all types of snacks, fruit, and breakfast foods! You can walk to a lot of shops, restaurants, museums and the tourist center. They have a parking lot that was able to accommodate our truck as well. Barbara and Steve are both super nice and accommodating! They also own the ice cream shop right across the street which was delicious. I will definitely be back for my next trip! They are also on site and live downstairs if you should need anything. The rooms also have their own bathroom and Roku tv. WiFi is also available.

Really nice location in Gettysburg and a very comfortable stay. The hosts were lovely, providing great information and an excellent service level. We couldn't have asked for more and will come back any day.

I loved the screened in porch at the breakfast house. I spent my mornings reading and enjoying the scenery there. The location is perfect. You are right downtown for walking to anything and yet are set just far enough off the street to enjoy a bit of serenity.
There really was not anything that I didn't like. The weekend was very enjoyable.

This is in downtown Gettysburg-you cannot get any closer to the mainstream (all in a very short walking distance) - battlefields, restaurants, shops, and tours. I felt safe, the rooms were immaculate, and the b & b had several bedrooms just for our stay. There was an excellent amount of snacks and breakfast foods to choose. Sooo very clean! It was amazing to just walk out the door and walk the battlefields, shop, and find historic restaurants. Also, the rooms were very quiet at night unlike the hotel we had stayed in once before. I am definitely coming back to this place again and again! Loved it!

This was my first time at a B&B.
The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The common area was relaxing and had a good variety of books to go through while waking up with my coffee. A quaint sunroom was perfect for enjoying the wine we purchased just a few doors down. There was plenty of snacks and cold breakfast foods available at all times, which made is easy to get up and out to see the history at my pace.
Location was perfect. Walking distance to downtown, but just off the main road so it was a nice, quiet escape.
What an enjoyable stay. I didn’t want to leave!

It was great to find a nonchain lodging that would allow a one-night weekend reservation, and the price was reasonable considering the generally high prices for the area. The owners are very nice people, and there are some nice historical touches in what is otherwise a pretty basic room in an annex to the main building.
We opted out of the breakfast because we didn't find the various packaged offerings appealing. Some fresher options would have been nice, but we decided to get something in town instead.

Steve was very kind and pointed out some great places to eat dinner. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions about things to do. The suite was large with comfortable beds and had plenty of room for us all to spread out. The ‘help-yourself’ breakfast was delicious. It was great to have coffee and snacks available all day! Thank you!

Beautiful suite and the area we stayed in was really clean and well kept. It was really everything we could have asked for.
Location was pretty good. Continental breakfast is ok but found ourselves going out for breakfast. Whoever came in to sleep in the room above us wasn’t so respectful and were very loud into the early morning hours. They felt compelled to be loud in the common area which was right outside our room. that really turned us off.

We loved the location, it's right downtown but off the main road so it's very quiet. Little bunnies hop around the neighborhood. Everything was exceptional !! I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Without a doubt, the nicest place I have ever stayed.

We got to the inn several hours before check in. The owners let us park there and we checked out the town before meeting Barbara at 3pm to check in. She is a wonderfully sweet person and knowledgeable. We love the coziness of the home and the three bedroom space was perfect. They also offered a fully stocked kitchen area and living room/snacking area with plenty of breakfast/snack items to enjoy. The house was clean and extra towels and bedding were provided.
There was nothing we did not like.
