Spacious updated home near Lake Superior walk to restaurants, breweries, beach
Watermarq 351 è dipinto di fresco e decorato con gusto. Questa casa vacanza-cottage con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni 1895 è situata in uno splendido quartiere di campagna con alberi secolari. Raggiungi facilmente a piedi ristoranti, parchi, spiagge, birrerie, centro, minimarket e molto altro. Il posto perfetto da usare per rendere Marquette a casa. Il piano principale contiene una veranda con divano letto, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo, cucina gourmet, bagno di servizio, veranda per osservare la gente e un ponte / patio sul retro per rilassarsi nella privacy. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto matrimoniale e può essere completamente chiuso dal resto del piano inferiore con un paio di porte-finestre e una porta-finestra singola aggiuntiva.
Al piano superiore due ampie camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale grande doppio comò e un ampio spazio di archiviazione, e un bagno recentemente rinnovato con grande doccia, lavatrice, asciugatrice, armadio per la biancheria, toeletta e water.
Al piano superiore camera da letto sul lato sud della casa ha una scrivania, zona salotto, letto matrimoniale e una doppia disponibile (lo teniamo nell'armadio) c'è anche spazio nell'armadio per organizzare un pak-n-play.
Al piano superiore la camera da letto sul lato nord della casa ha anche un letto matrimoniale.
Il nostro altro noleggio è stato un grande successo con i viaggiatori e siamo molto accomodanti, se senti che al posto manca qualcosa, faccelo sapere e il gioco è fatto. Tutte le zone notte dotate di macchine audio e comode lenzuola di alta qualità per il tuo divertimento durante il sonno.

A group of 6 stayed at this house for a long weekend. It fit us all comfortably. The bonus are the king size beds in the bedroom (one room has a trundle bed which was comfortable). The backyard is fenced in so our dog could roam around freely.
The location is perfect to walk downtown, eat at local restaurants and bars, and venture to the lake. The neighborhood is quiet but active. Lots of walkers and runners throughout the day which made us feel safe.
Check in and check out was very easy. Our host, Brooke is wonderful. She responded quickly when we reached out with questions, comments, or concerns. Hands down would stay again 5/5.

This house was perfectly situated between the beach and downtown Marquette- both just a short walk away! The house itself was great, very cozy. We had a wonderful time exploring the area!

Nice, clean spot with plenty of room and a nice porch and backyard. The location is great too! There's a beach that's about a 10 minute walk from the house. Downtown is also in walking distance. Brooke was quick to respond to my questions. This is a great place to stay!

The property and house were in a great location for town and beach. Although an older home it has been kept up nicely. Lot of things to do in this area so relax and enjoy

Very clean, up to date furniture, lots of room to sit & converse, very comfortable bedding. I can hardly think of a negative but if I had to say one it would be that the only bath/shower is quite high off the ground. I had my older parents with us that have both had hip & knee replacements and it was a little hard for them to enter & exit shower.

We had an enjoyable stay. The house was clean and definetly made good use of space. I appreciated that there were a number of cooking pans and adequate utensils to make a good breakfast. The location worked well for us, situated in an older, quiet neighborhood with wonderful character. The beach, downtown and many of the reatuarants on Third Street were all walkable (in my opinion).

The house and property were so clean and beautifully decorated! We had to bring our dog for our wedding weekend last minute and Brooke was very accommodating! The bridal party got ready at this house the morning of the wedding and was perfect with the decor and space of the house. We would defiantly stay here again!

Brooke let us check in a little early which helped us a lot after a long drive. The house is very nicely decorated & comfortable! We were close to downtown Marquette. Brooke also had the bathrooms & kitchen stocked with paper products, laundry detergent, etc. We enjoyed decompressing on the front porch after busy days.

We had a short stay here but loved the location and neighborhood! The property was very clean, well decorated, and had an adorable atmosphere. The house is also dog friendly and we greatly appreciate that we were able to find a nice spot that allowed us to stay with our dog. Highly recommend this spot!

The property is perfect for a family. It is well stocked and nicely decorated. There was nothing we were missing and the host went above and beyond to make sure every extra is available. The only potential downside is that there is only one shower. I would highly recommend!

This house is in a great location to discover Marquette! So close to all the parks presque isle, sugarloaf mountain. There are also other beach parks along lakeshore drive.
Nice walk to downtown . Don’t miss ore dock and black rocks brewery. This location is not to far from Munising about 40 min. Check out Picture rock’s kayaking.
We used the large king size bedroom and the bed was super comfortable there is a full bath upstairs. The tub is pretty high so some might have a problem with that. Communication with Brooke was excellent!

Perfectly Cozy
A short stay in the most comfortable home! Looks small from the outside but amazingly there is a ton of room! Kitchen had everything you would need to cook - all the details were spot on. Fenced back yard great for larger dogs - my 4lb and 8lb babies easily slipped through picket fence, but who doesn't watch their dogs 100% of the time... (this girl) Neighborhood quiet and friendly. Perfect walking distance to lake and downtown. Awesome spot!

A perfectly cozy stay in Marquette
This house has it all. It is a great walkable location to both downtown and to the lighthouse in Marquette. My family found it clean, cozy, and well appointed. The owner was quick to answer our questions. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Loved the historic, restored home we stayed in while visiting our son and his girlfriend! Home was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and bedding. Fully equipped kitchen with lovely eat in dining room! Covered front porch and fenced back yard was perfect for us and our dog! Within walking distance to Lake Superior and downtown shops and restaurants! Highly recommend this property!

This house was amazing. Located in a super walkable and cute neighborhood, plenty of space and nicely appointed. The best part - dog friendly! Because of this fantastic listing we were able to attend our friend’s wedding without worrying about our furry friends.

City stay on the edge of adventure
Great property within walking distance of everything Marquette has to offer. Our family has always enjoyed Marquette, but this is first time staying in the city for an entire week. We enjoy spending time on the trails, on the beaches, out disc golfing, etc. We could do all of these things, then head back to our rental and unwind. We’d get cleaned up and head out for a fantastic meal, stop for a cold beer at Ore Dock or Black Rocks, then walk back to our rental for a good night’s sleep. Up and out the next morning to grab a nearby coffee and repeat the process. Perfect set-up. Perfect location.
Brooke was great, and communication was easy and timely. We loved our time here, and would happily book again in the future.

Charming home and amazing location
My mother, my two daughters (ages 18 and 21) and I really enjoyed our stay in this charming home. It is an older home, but with a lot of character, well cared for and updated. The neighborhood couldn't be better, and it is just a short walk to a beach and to town. The stairs to the upstairs level are steep, and the only shower is located on the upper level, which was a slight challenge for my 81 year old mother. There is a downstairs bedroom with a trundle bed, and a half bath downstairs, so that worked well for her, and kept her off the stairs most of the time. We would definitely stay here again. I also can't say enough good things about Marquette generally. This was our first trip to Marquette and we loved it - so beautiful and so many outdoors recreational activities, plus shopping and good restaurants.

Quaint and Comfortable for our Family
We stayed here for a week while visiting Marquette this summer. The house is in a lovely neighborhood that is easy walking distance to both downtown and the Third Street business districts as well as the lakefront. We all had plenty of room to spread out or be together. We loved that we could easily bike down to the lakefront trail and take off from there.
The house is nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished with everything you need. One evening we picked up fresh Whitefish from Thill's Fish House and made fish and chips in the nicely updated kitchen.
We also brought along our German Shepherd who enjoyed people watching out the front windows, hanging out in the fenced backyard, and lots of walks down to the lake.

Excellent stay in Marquette
We stayed in the house for a long weekend trip in the wintertime. It is conveniently located in very close proximity to downtown Marquette. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. 6 of us stayed there together and we had no space issues at all. The kitchen is spacious and modern and the bedrooms are cute and cozy. The owner was quick to respond to messages. The keypad entry was easy to use. Would recommend!
