C’est près de la plage et du centre, c’est confortable et il n’y a pas de bruits
Le lit n’était pas bien fait et parfois on entendait les portes des voisins de fermer de manière brutale

Het ontbijt was grandioos, alles lekker vers, het interieur,delocatie zeer aangenaam en gezellig!!! Het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Ik vertel aan mijn vrienden en collega's waar ze terecht kunnen in Oostende, IN HOTEL COCOON!!!
Voor ons moet er zeker niet veranderen het is perfect zoals het nu is!
Wij komen zeker terug als we willen overnachten hotelCocoon !

The location is really good and the bed was really comfortable and soft! The staff in the morning was really friendly and professional
Some things in the room weren't functioning properly (water tap, makeup mirror, coffee machine, lamp at the tv kept shutting off and on which was pretty annoying). The staff when I arrived around 9pm was so cold ( not a good evening, explained nothing.. just asked for breakfast) it really felt like we were disturbing him

Klein minpuntje: handvat kast hing los, in de douche hing het zeepbakje en handdoeken droogrek los.

Nachtlawaai op de gang.
Daar kunnen de uitbaters uiteraard niets aan doen.
We hebben dit gemeld en er is meteen actie ondernomen

All feels a bit too old, it’s asking for renewal
Hot water wasn’t working and therefor we were late for our restaurant reservation. They didn’t even offer at least one breakfast for free to make up for the above…

When you walk in, you’re immediately greeted with the signature hotel scent which makes it feel really relaxing and luxurious. The entrance is definitely the best part, but the hallways especially are a bit more outdated and less clean. However, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Staff at the reception was very friendly too.
We think it’s a tad bit overpriced especially since breakfast is not included in the room rate.

Lovely little boutique hotel right next to the beach. The young man at the reception desk was a delight. Beautiful Christmas decorations made it feel extra cozy. Great for getting on the tram to see the entire coastline.
Our view into the courtyard was bad but we didn't book a room with an Oceanview so that was to be expected.
