Stayed for my bachelorette weekend, the place was dirty and the roof was leaking. The location is better if you don’t be be apart of the party, but was not ideal for us, which was no fault to them

This complex is a great location and had everything we needed to have a great stay on the island.

My friends and I stayed in this property for a girls trip. The house they had us staying in looked nothing like the pictures. There were holes in the wall that looked like someone had punched the wall and tried to patch it. Also a window was broken. There was also red stains in the carpet and one of the drawers for the refrigerator was broken. We were not told about this previous when checking in so we made sure to get ahold of the property manager as soon as we got in and saw all of the damage. They worked with us in making sure we were not blamed for the damage, but overall was something we felt like needed to be resolved and repaired before letting others stay there especially for the price.

Had an awesome time at the Island Club. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. We usually come during the busy summer months but this April trip was a must since the weather was so nice. The staff was amazing, as always. We look forward to another stay soon!

This place was disgusting. Our feet were black if we walked barefoot, cobwebs all over, food found under the beds, black (mold?) spots on the ceiling, missing lampshades, and just an overall dirty feeling. The price is outrageous for these conditions.

No doubt we had a blast and our Island Club home was a great spot for us. Dottie was extremely nice and professional and maintenance came over twice very fast to take care of issues. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner on arrival. This would not deter us from renting here again.

Initial impression: Garbage out in front of rental unit and master bath damaged wall by shower rod.Beds that were supposed to be 2 Queens were very short in length. No dressers, no towel racks in bath rooms.

The only things left to be desired were some more kitchen/cooking materials. There was some things to cook and serve with but they were scarce. I can understand because people are coming and going and it is a more nightlife oriented property - However it was rather inconvenient. On the other hand there were a ton of wonderful things that I'm not going to list because it would take up to much time. Its easy to find the few things that were left to be desired but it was well worth the money. Reserve you cottage early though as they do fill up quick.

Overall positive. Issue with gas grill. Planned to use it for lunch but could not get it to work. Called office. I was told they would send someone over right away. After an hour when no one showed up, I called again. This time all I got was a voice message; I left a message requesting I be called. No one ever called me back. Consequently we never used the grill. On the last day when the men came to return our credit card for the cart, I mentioned the issue with the grill. He checked it out and said it was a problem with the valve. He said no one from the office contacted them about the grill. However on the 1st day when one of the toilets would not flush, my call to the office resulted in a quick fix.

The island was in great shape, we did experience a party atmosphere and were delighted with the history lesson we got by attending the 1819 exhibit and tower. this was totally unexpected and enjoyed by all.We found the rental cabin in rather poor shape. housekeeping was horrible. After visiting with the mgr an one lodging fee was promised in a return of cash (one night stay) thus far it has been over a month and we have yet to see any return of fee. Pretty poor follow up and we will never return to Island club..

We had a blast but our house was not ready to go. Whoever stayed there before us put visibly dirty plates back in the cupboard. Every one of there crumbs and all. The pool water was pretty gross but I can't blame you too much since it was packed all day and didn't notice many people getting out to use the restroom. My entire party had a great time hanging out and would be open to stay at this property again since it's cheaper than most other options.

We came up to celebrate a birthday- the cottage was perfect for us. It was cozy and clean. When we had a maintenance issue with the sink, someone came out right away to fix it. Would definitely stay here again!

I can't think of anything bad about this place. I've always had clean and furnished cabins with several bathrooms, a full kitchen, living area, several bedrooms and couches! The grill is always nice to have, and I absolutely love having a patio or deck. The atmosphere is amazing! Everybody is nice and having a lot fun but under control, and the employees are laid back but also keep everybody safe. This was my fourth year back and I will continue every single year
