Exceptionall stay in this jewel of a place. Restaurant...we took La Carte food and it was absolutely fantastic. We hope to be back soon!!

Breakfast was a dissent. The location is acceptable.

The pools are small for a number of people. Also, the second pool has cold water.

Firstly, everyone is very friendly and professional. Thermal pools are nice, spa section is beautiful. Food is great. I am kinda subjective because this is the 3rd time I am visiting... :)

The apartment for 4 people is very spacious (2 dressing rooms, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen/living room. The staff was very helpful when my daughter got ill. The wellness pool that you have to pay for is quiet in the morning and very nice.

We chose this hotel to end our Bosnia & Herzegovina trip in all luxury. The whole stay was a nightmare. We were woken up by housekeeping at 7h30 the first morning. At 7h00 the next. They did not come back to clean the room. The massages were booked at the wrong hour so we ended up with only a 30 minute slot each. The breakfast was below average. There is a buffet lunch and dinner between certain hours, it's not at all like in the pictures. You have to sit at the same asigned table every evening. The restaurant gets very loud and crowded. The hotel admitted the buffet on the pictures was for a special event. The chef on their website does not work there. It's a very sad place. A lot of elderly people arriving with plastic bags. It feels like a retirement home. The airco did not work so we opened the windows. We then heard the music from the restaurant until late in the evening.

The location is really nice in pure nature. There are many pools to enjoy in a thermal water.

The cleanleness of room was very poor. There was no lift and the selection for breakfast was modest and also without any juices.
