Lovely, rural location. Good amount of outdoor space, with garden furniture provided (including big table and chairs for eating outside). Laundry room, with washing machine, ironing boards, etc provided for the use of guests in the 3 cottages. Kitchen well-equipped. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living/dining area, as well as a large table and dining chairs.

The beds were all on the small side. No window in the bathroom and the extractor fan struggled to cope with 6 people using the bathroom and toilet. More suited to a family than 6 adults.

it was clean and tidy

walls were very thin we were working nights so the other guests woke us during the day and we woke them at the beginning of our stay when were getting home from work during the early hours before we realised how thin the walls were which they complained about we later found out how much the sound travelled when the others were up during the day and woke us it wasn't what we were looking for but was pleasant enough if you were on holiday

The location was very relaxing and quiet. Lovely countryside setting and tranquil. Great facilities and comfortable property. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Excellent location for hickstead so ideal for competing comfort beds lovely added bonus of the cows and great to sit out

WiFi was generally slow the television could do with going on wall it’s low down could do with a sign at entrance of lane

Loved the location. The setting and it was very comfortable and relaxing.

Alot of cobwebs and the sofa had lots of bits and dirt in between the seats. Also under the beds we're very dusty
