Timos Hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk from the main strip and beach. The staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Rooms are very clean and comfortable as well as having the great facilities such as the pool and the shop. I would highly recommend Timos Hotel to anybody that was heading to Laganas on their holidays.

Stuff is very nice, helpful, and approachable. We had a problem with card payment the first day, and Maria was very supportive, and she was calming us down and helping to relax. The location of the hotel is perfect (1 minute from the sea and 5min Lagos center).

Unfortunately, a lot of young students who are playing very loud music and are not respectful to other guests. Hotel stuff has to be contacted always for the help. But other hotels were full of the students as well, so putting them under the control in our hotel didn't help too much. I would say that this area is not for the people who really want to rest and families. It's more for partying. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite outdated and needs investment ASAP. The pool was not cleaned at all, and the bottom was quite dirty. Kitchen utensils are very dirty and need to be changed. Kettle was full of calk and better not to use it. Internet connection was very poor. Unfortunately, that's the common problem in the area as a couple of facilities are sharing one receiver and in hotel only antenna is located. Pool connection is preventing you from communicating with your loved ones, so it is better to buy a local SIM card. Unfortunately, the SIM card could only be purchased in Zante City or at the airport.

Clean bedsheets and towels, decent air con, decent size room/bathroom/balcony Relly well situated- 1min walk to laganas beach, 3min walk to Laganas main road, great staff, really clean and chanced bedsheets and towels every day. The staff really did a great job despite the downsides of the overall tired hotel providing us (4adt+ one 4yo child) with an extra room for the late checkout 18.30 Would rate it a 7.. considering it's a 2** it was decent

Really loud young people coming late in scratching the chairs against the floor tiles(could hear them even with sleeping ear plugs on - the cheapest chair leg caps would do the trick!) The hotel seems a really old one and could use a refresh, furniture and bathroom stuff are at least 20 years old. We were told to go to our rooms "up and then left". In order to get to find our rooms we went: up the stairs and left and down some other stairs and straight ahead into a pitch black coridor, end of it wasn't the right way, then up the stairs again, this time no light going up the stairs (imagine the fun doing this at 22.00 in the evening with 2x 23kg bags and a tired child screaming why is there no light?) then left at the top of the stairs following some light to finally find our rooms. If you don't afford/don't have time to change a light ball at least have someone showing the rooms to your guests instead of letting them wonder around the maze..

Group week away fantastic location near beach and nightlife very clean

The hotel couldn’t of been at a better location for someone looking to go out on the strip and also enjoy the beach. The rooms are very big and there’s a cleaner who makes your bed everyday. The pool was a bit murky, however perfect size and sun loungers in the sun and shade enough for everyone. The staff were so lovely and so helpful in answering questions. We rented a car which was relatively cheap and very nice to drive, but best of all so simple to rent within a couple of minutes we had the keys. All rooms come with balconies, they may not be the most private however if you’re lucky you may have an amazing view of the beach. Also, there is someone at the front desk 24/7 and are willing to help out whenever and answer questions they were all so lovely, with a little shop being open 24/7 (if you have cash) - they sell water for 6 massive bottles for €2 and other little snacks. In the day there’s a bar downstairs which looked like it sold nice drinks and food but we never had the time to check it out. The hotel in general was very nice, amazing location with only a 30 second walk to the beach to an amazing beach bar called cool peppers which we stayed at all day and then a 2minute walk to the strip. However, even as close as the hotel is to the strip, if you close the balcony doors (which you have to for the AC to work) you can’t actually hear the noisy strip. But I must say, the best thing out of the whole hotel, is that, the AC DOESN’T MAKE YOU ILL. The AC was the perfect temp, whilst you may walk into a warm room it’ll cool up quick after you’ve taken a cold shower but it won’t ever be too cold or too much. So many other hotels in laganas have given my friends chest infections from their AC, but this AC was amazing. My lungs have never felt better. Whilst it’s an amazing location and hotel for people on a party holiday, for families it’s actually perfect too and would 100% recommend if you have money to eat out everyday.

Whilst most things were perfect. The shower head and the ‘kitchen’ were not. The fridge didn’t work very well, and the freezer wouldn’t close properly (however the freezer still worked VERY well And very quick). One day my water would be rock hard frozen from the fridge, whilst other days it’d be luke warm. The hob was dirty and needed to be plugged in, we never used it so didnt know whether it actually worked or not but it didn’t look appetising to use. The counter also had a load of stains on in the ‘kitchen’. The bathroom was fine, toilet worked perfectly and so did the sink. However the bath came with a shower head which u had to hold with no shower curtain so water would go everywhere. It wasn’t a huge problem, just remember to leave clothes and towels outside ahhaha. But the water got very hot or very cold very fast which was perfect. The kitchen is not an issue if you have the funds to eat out everyday, which to be honest is not actually that expensive. There is multiple food take away shops down the strip and the beach bars have huge portions, and because of the perfect location it is so feasible to walk the 30second journey. So despite the minor issues, I would still 10/10 recommended to everyone wanting to stay in laganas.

The Hotel was really comfortable and in a good place, near to the locals but still in a quiet zone The beach is just behind the corner and there are a lots of nice restaurants by the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whatever you need they will be there to help you. The hotel is 24/7 under surveillance. They also have a rental car service (with is necessary to have the chance to reach every point of the island. They have also the best prices in Zakinthos. I do recommend.
