Good location easy to get into town, lovely park across the road. Lots of good places to eat in the area, close to Southwell Racecourse

The stairs are very steep if you are older or have mobility issues, another hand rail on the stairs would make all the difference as we felt unsafe coming down sideways. A grab rail in the shower that is over the bath would be helpfull too

The setees were a bit uncomfortable.

The property was exactly as described - but better! Beautifully clean and warm with everything needed if you wanted to 'cook in' but with an ASDA about a 10 minute walk away and a Co-op and BM Store about 5-6 minutes away. The Sconce Park across the road was a great area for walking the dog each morning. We used this for 5 nights as a base for seeing family and friends in the Lincoln and Grantham area so it was ideal. Would we stay here again - definitely. The outside 'shower for the dog' is a great addition to the property, particularly as it has rear access so you can sort the dog out before letting it into the kitchen area.

There was nothing we disliked about this property.

The location was excellent. I didn't want to stay in a town centre. I wanted somewhere that I could park off road, and close to the house. It turned out that there were no parking issues whatsoever.

It's only a small two up, two down type of house, that's not a problem at all. However, both settees weren't as comfortable as they could be. I understand the constraints of trying to seat up to four people in a small front room. The house itself was perfect for our needs though.

Self catering

Lots of space, comfortable bed, nice garden, very clean and bright environment, in kitchen there is all the stuff you might need. Very kind and pleasant hosts.

Louvers could let in less light when closed.

No clock in living room apart from that was excellent
