Godetevi una vacanza indimenticabile in questo condominio monolocale completamente arredato, splendidamente decorato e ristrutturato. Questo condominio si trova di fronte al canale sul porto di Destin con la spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada. Il water taxi di Destin può prenderti e portarti a tutti i servizi di Harborwalk e molti altri ristoranti sul lungomare come Dewey Destins, A. J. 's, Louisiana Lagniappe e Boshamps per citarne alcuni! Durante l'estate e altre ore di punta, puoi goderti i fuochi d'artificio dal balcone! La spiaggia di sabbia bianca e l'acqua cristallina sono a pochi passi lungo la strada. Questa posizione ti permette di essere vicino a tutte le attività in barca tra cui l'isola del granchio, la pesca d'altura, lo snorkeling, ecc ... O'steen Public Beach Access è 0. 2 miglia a piedi o in auto e Norreigo Point è 0. 5 a piedi o in auto. Entrambi i punti di accesso alla spiaggia sono dotati di parcheggio.

Bed bugs and roaches, had to leave soon after getting there, mind you we planned this vacation ONE YEAR in advance and drove 10hrs …Ruined our vacation…host was professional but should not be renting out properties that are unsanitary and unsafe…now we are dealing with the horrible aftermath of making sure we do not get them here in our home!

Your place is very clean, very nice. Easy to access things in the area to see and do. Just wish there was a wagon to carry the chairs and cooler to the beach, us old folks it takes a toll. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

Home Away from Home
This place was really a great location. It was about a 5 min walk to the beach and the drive was close to everything I planned for the trip. Walmart is super close if you may have forgotten anything from home. Netflix was provided; therefore I did not need my fire stick. The neighbors around the property were super friendly if there were any questions. The host was very responsive when needed and answers all questions. This was an awesome place to stay in!

Great Little Place
I’m not one for crowded tourist locations. I was just down for a weekend wedding. This condo not only suited our needs as far as size, price and amenities. But more importantly it’s a very short walking distance from beach access which is VERY important when public parking is at a minimum. I was very pleased with the owner’s communication, the condo, and the entire experience in general. Highly recommend!

A great getaway
We had a short stay, and wished it could have been longer. The location is great. Quick access to the beach, where we spent most of our time. The condo had all the necessities we needed for our time in Destin. Loved the decor. Communication with the owner was top-notch. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Attention to detail!
This is a home away that pays attention to detail - they have anticipated the needs and comfort of the guest and have tried to make everything as comfortable as possible. This property was very clean, tastefully decorated, well equipped and near the beach. The directions for getting around were very helpful (to the beach, to the Harborwalk Village, etc). I needed to contact the owners and they were super friendly and nice. This was really an A+ stay. Thank you so much!!!

Loved It!!
Thank you for the delightful place in Destin Beach! The condo was perfect for the three of us. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice touch were the beach chairs which we used everyday day at the beaches and to enjoy sunsets each night. We also enjoyed so many of the owners’ recommended restaurants. Would have loved to stay for several weeks! Nice place ,nice location!

Perfect Vacation
My husband and I loved staying in this cute condo. It is in a nice area, close to restaurants, the harbor, and minutes from the beach. While staying here we were able to enjoy the beach during the day as we could easily go back and forth to the beach within minutes. The homeowners were very helpful and the condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay.
We reserved this condo for my husband’s 31st birthday and it was awesome. The condo was so clean and comfortable. The restaurant recommendations were so helpful. I think we visited almost every restaurant. I can’t forget how nice Mr. Prater is. You can really tell this is a family that really cares about the property and making sure every guest enjoys it as much as they did. Thanks again

My husband and I loved everything about our stay! The location is great and the condo is perfect, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything we needed!
The Emerald Phoenix was updated and lovely. It was a very comfortable home base while vacationing in Destin. It was a close walk to a small uncrowded beach and a short drive to the bigger beaches. It was very close and convenient to restaurants and shopping without being in the middle of the chaos. We took a girl's trip and it was very comfortable for the three of us. There was a fancy looking airbed and plenty of room to set it up if necessary, but we were very comfy without it. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay at the Emerald Phoenix.
