We had a wonderful stay! The location of this home is perfect. It is 20 minutes from Hot Springs and the botanical gardens. The home itself is spacious, roomy, and beautiful with thoughtful touches throughout. We loved the dock with the kayaks and were glad we brought our poles to fish. The host was super responsive as well; when we asked to heat the pool last minute, they sent someone out right away. We will definitely be back!

The property & all the decor was priceless!! We were on a girl trip & planned to stay in the pool most of the time. My only complaint would be that the pool was mostly shade most of the day. Other than that it was a perfect place for a girls trip!!

This place is definitely prettier in person. The views are so beautiful and the house is beautiful as well. Plenty of amenities in the house and the location makes it an easy drive to nearby restaurants and stores. We loved the lake and we were able to handle the stairs well with two kids under 12. We tried the kayaks and loved swimming a bunch in the pool! The only thing truly missing is a hot tub overlooking the beautiful lake. We truly enjoyed our stay and all the cool stuff to do/places to explore in the Hot Springs area. We highly recommend staying here! All the beds are ridiculously comfortable as well. We saw plenty of deer hanging around as well as all kinds of wildlife during our stay which our kids were excited about. We’re happy we picked this place to stay, thanks for having us!

This was truly a wonderful place for our family to get away for a quick vacation. The setting is ideal, furnishings comfortable and the pool is a wonderful addition. Our family enjoyed spending time around the pool, taking in the impressive views all around us. Communication with the host was flawless.

We had the best time here! The house and scenery were absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. It was perfect for us and our 3 kids. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Start to finish this experience was perfect! As many have said - it was better than the pictures.
The pool was a big reason we chose the property and we were really happy with the set up.
The furnishings in the house were terrific and functional.
Don’t miss the Saturday morning Farmer’s Market in Hot Springs.
There are some great restaurants around, but we mostly carried in from them.
All in all - we chose the property for the set up, location, and amenities - all exceeded our expectations.
A final note - the bed in the master bedroom is fantastic! You don’t see or experience that very often in rental homes - It was the icing on the cake

The property was accurate to the listing. It was clean and comfortable. It contained what we needed to enjoy our stay. There are 3 kayaks at the dock and we used them for some fishing. The water at the dock is deep for those that want to do some swimming. We would stay here again and recommend it.

A breathtaking home with breathtaking views of the river. We could not have hoped for a more wonderful stay! Getting the Great Room TV to function was a nightmare. However, that was the one and ONLY negative of the entire visit.

Beautiful property, clean with everything you would need for a vacation. The amenities are exceptional. Matt was extremely helpful in assisting us with our last minute rental. The property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely book our next stay with BSVR.

The home was beautiful in every way. Location is awesome and the views from the house / deck are worth every penny. Lots of things to do close by so you are not isolated but can be if that is your preference. Lots of wild life around the house and the lake is amazing. too hot to fish in July but we may return when the odds are better. Things to fix- the exposed electrical flexible conduit with wires hanging out a few inches above the water line on the boat dock was unnerving even if the circuit was not live. The trim around the dock and loose boards are also in need of a little TLC. The master closet light seems to be on is last leg, bad ballast I assume and the lack of lights on the deck off the kitchen near the grill was disappointing. Thank you for allowing us the chance to stay, we had a great time. Let me know if you install a lift to the lake to eliminate the stairs and we will be back. I enjoyed the experience, did not have to reach out as everything I needed was provided in either an email or through the app.

The property was ideal. The River Bend Lodge has such a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area. The lodge is decorated in a very warm, rich motif. Felt very homey and cozy. Furniture was very comfortable. We would love to live in this lake lodge!!! We will be back!! Staff very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Communicated everything in clear and detailed manner to make check in and check out a breeze. The binder that explained the use of the many TV,DVD,Blu Rays and in ceiling speakers was very helpful. Thanks

We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. My wife wants to know what kind of mattress and make/ model of the linens in Master Bedroom? She wants to purchase them for our home.

This is a lovely home with a beautiful view. The only drawback was no bath for 3rd bedroom. Provisions were above and beyond. We enjoyed Hot Springs so we spent little time there. Would love to return and just lie around on patio enjoying the view.

There were plenty of kitchen supplies, garbage bags, laundry det, towels etc. The neighborhood is very quiet and pretty as well. We'd love to stay again!

Loved our stay! The house is beautiful! The property and views are awesome. We asked for the air mattresses but they weren’t there when we arrived. One text and they brought them right over. Loved our stay and we will be back again. Thank you!
