Property was well located and clean. The air-conditioning worked very well. Owner communicated quickly.

Very walkable to many beaches and restaurants.

Inside of the unit was good. Outside needs a light on the stairs going up. At least we didn’t see one and coming to check in late at night was somehow scary. Nice living room. Beautiful bathroom. However the ceiling fan inside the shower was very noisy and shaky. Master bedroom was nice. Extra bedroom very nice for kids. Dining room area was also nice. Kitchen decent. Both bedroom have AC however kitchen and dining room don’t have AC nor ceiling fans which gets really hot. Also when we went in at check in all fans and AC units were off which felt like we were in hell at 91 degrees and it took several hours to finally cool off. I think this is a nice place just some minor adjustments needed. And this is beyond the owner’s control nor part of the stay but be ready for the sounds of nature…dogs barking and roaster crowing/chickens clucking especially early morning.

The listing describes the unit as having 3 beds in 2 bedrooms, which is accurate. And in the description as a queen and trundle. But under "Rooms and beds" section they are described as a King and 2 doubles. This is incorrect - the trundle is two twins, not 2 doubles. No top sheets were on the bed, but I found some in the drawers. Do bring earplugs and a noise machine for the dogs that bark outside the windows. I was prepared for this and slept well. Great location for day trips to El Yunque or snorkel/kayak tours.

I enjoyed staying in property. Eric property manager is excellent!! Great directions, easy to get in touch with, very friendly. The property is a conner property. Roosters are waking us up by 4:30 am!! But it was good for us we wanted to be up and early to get our errands done early and go to beach!!

Got in late and dark with insufficient directions that had us and taxi driver on foot trying to find the house. It is across from the boat storage park Ice cubes in the freezer would have been appreciated and face towels too. Blanket for the pull out, there were 4 of us. Otherwise fine

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment 1/4 mile walk from one of the best beaches on the east side of PR. Equipped with everything one needs. We hit a few snags, but Eric was quick to respond and worked hard to resolve issues - he's a GREAT host. We highly recommend.

The property was amazing super clean and nice. Roberto was there when I arrived and was very helpful and nice. There a convenient store next door and the area is beautiful I will definitely stay again

The property was very clean and good for a short stay. Roberto was very kind and helpful in his recommendations. My only complaint is that the kitchen is very small and doesn't have many cooking utensils. If you plan to eat out, which we did, it's great for the price. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It was was a perfect small condo. Clean and had cable, wifi, AC. It was close to restaurants and tourist area. The owner speaks English and answered all our questions. He meets you there to drop off keys and when you leave you leave them in the house with the door locked. The condo has towels and blankets. Overall nice stay.

Enjoyed having two bedrooms and back porch was nice. Comfortable beds. On busy corner so it was a little noisy at times. Liked Fajardo. Price was great for what you got.

We enjoyed our stay, very nice place. The only negative was a shortage of hot water for a shower.

Roberto was wonderful and treated us like family, pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the apartment really is. Small store feet away for any last minute items and restaurants and bars and beaches are within walking distance, marina to tours also within walking distance. Room was fully equipped with towels, bedding and extras to cook light meals, and a great bbq grill on the balcony as well, stargazing at night was unbelievable, and no need for ac, the apartment had a great tropical breeze coming in!!!

The apartment was super clean and the property manager was really nice. He met us there and gave a tour of the apartment. It was located center to pretty much everything we wanted to do. We went to El Yunque National Rainforest, took the ferry to one of the islands, went south of the island on Sunday to see all the busses and people-amazing food down there, we also went to Casa Bacardí (north) and went to the 7 seas food park that was near by ... they have really great margaritas there and we went there several nights in a row! We stayed 7 days, 6 nights. The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were nice. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

First time to Fajardo. This place is amazing. Close to the beach and restuarants. Clean, safe and great location.
