Spent a girls weekend with my two daughters-we had a great time at this property. It is super cute and looks just like the posting. Well stocked with everything we needed. Meghan was a very communicative and accommodating host.

Check in was super easy, the house was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation for the weekend. They have everything you need to spend the whole day outside in the pool. We definitely enjoyed our weekend!

The home was perfect for our needs. The house is super cute and although we did not use pool it’s beautiful. Megan and Ross are truely amazing hosts. The communication was excellent. They were very helpful and even recommended restaurants which we enjoyed. House is in great neighbor and we would defineatly stay here again.

Last weekend my family and I travelled on a weekend getaway to the city of Naples, we wanted to be near the beach and stay in a place that would provide us with everything we needed to have a worry-free mini-vacation. We got all this and more under one place, Meghan's beach house! From the location, decoration to the most recent additions such as the pool and the kitchen, they make it a comfortable and cozy place. Meghan continues to make renovations to the place to make it even more pleasant for guests, soon new guests will be able to enjoy completely remodeled bathrooms and laundry room! I highly recommend this place! We will surely be coming back to make more family memories!

This house is perfect for a family get away or a girls trip! It has it all! It’s beautiful and well stocked with everything you need such as beach towels, and chairs in case you want to hit the beach which is only a 5 min drive away by car. It had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the pool was great! It’s right around the corner from The Mercato which has great nightlife, and places to eat. Also the host definitely deserves 5 stars! She was quick to answer and so kind as well as accommodating. We’re definitely grateful we found this gem!

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at this property. Clean and comfortable with a really nice pool in the backyard. Great location and very easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Family of 4 - mom dad and two teens had a wonderful time in Naples , due largely because of our booking with Meghan and her property. Great location to beach, great recommendations and beautiful new salt water pool. We would highly recommend to others!!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 - quick easy walk to the ocean, or in the other direction quick walk or short drive to shops and restaurants. Located in a quiet neighborhood, was great for some relaxation and yet so close to everything. House was very clean, all of the main necessities were onsite like paper products, laundry detergent, coffee filters etc. Beautiful new pool was a highlight and we certainly enjoyed it. Cannot say enough good things about communication, we messaged with some questions initially before arriving and we had replies back very quickly from the owners, extremely hospitable and very responsive. Great place to stay, we are excited for our next trip to the Naples area!

The house was very clean and newly renovated. Comfortable setting. New in ground pool is very pretty and location is easy. Close to beach and shopping. The owners were the best to deal with and very attentive.

House was perfect for us a family of 5. House was stocked with all the essentials needed, beach towels and chairs. Plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Beach is only 4 minutes away. Very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely be booking again.

The host was very accommodating! The baby equipment and toys were super clean and so handy. We asked for an extended checkout time and the host was more than generous with our checkout time. Very comfortable with family and little ones.

We enjoyed our stay at Meghan's place! The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to use bikes and beach equipment during our stay. Meghan was prompt with all communication and the check-in process was easy! Vanderbilt Beach and the State Park were close and very nice!

When we got there the garbage was overflowing. There was no garbage bags. The washer and dryer did not work properly. The garage was a mess. The umbrella for the ocean was broke. Food found under the coffee table. Working with Meghan was a wonderful experience though

This house looks just like the pictures. It is very attractive and well furnished. It was very clean and well-stocked with paper products upon our arrival. The owners have also kindly left two bikes and some gear in garage. We visited over the holidays so Covid is still an issue and Naples was experiencing some red tide at the beaches. I think the house itself is great but the closest beach access (Bluebill) was way too crowded for our comfort level and the state park was full by 9:30 or 10 everyday. Other beach access points were crowded or tough to find parking. Red tide also made some beaches unpleasant. We really wished we had rented a home with a pool because (with teens) it would have been a good alternative to beach. We kept busy doing other things (golf, segway tour etc) but it wasn’t the beachy R&R we planned. I think Covid has made it a bit more challenging. If you are going off-season or planning on non-beach activities, this is a great house and relatively close to downtown Naples attractions (15-20 min) and golf courses.

We rented two homes in Naples Park for our large family (and grandkids). This home was tastefully appointed and a perfect size. The home owner helped us directly with one issue which was easily corrected. We enjoyed our experience here and would definitely use this home again in the future when we come back to Naples.

We booked a last minute trip and hoped the house was as nice as the pictures. It was and more!! VERY clean, well equipped and terrific location for us! Beach, Golf, shopping, restaurants... all very close. Kitchen is well equipped-we cooked in multiple nights with ease! Thank you!!!

Our family just came back from vacation. We had the best time in Naples. The house was in quite neighborhood and very close to the beach. Clean and well maintained. The house have everything you need including bicycles witch we used daily. We are family of 4 and having 3 bedrooms in vacation house was a blast. The customer service was excellent. We had several interactions with the property owner over the phone and he was awesome, and willing to do everything we need to feel welcome

This is perfect, Less than a 5 minute drive to the beaches and so close to lots of shops and restaurants!! nice and comfortable decoration, very clean, great host, Thanks!! We recommend a medium or small pan of Teflon for breakfast eggs, which there is, is very large and sticks.
