Questo splendido, con aria condizionata casa privata contemporaneo è perfetto per la vostra vacanza di lusso sull'isola. Si tratta di 2700 m² di spazio ben strutturata e si siede su 1. 4 acri di terreno in una zona boscosa privata, in posizione centrale, a pochi minuti dal centro di Oak Bluffs e belle spiagge.
Il soffitto della cattedrale permette spettacolare luce naturale in tutta la zona giorno invitando tutti a mescolare. Quando si è seduti, in ogni stanza della casa, le grandi vetrate permettono di godere gli alberi ondeggiano al vento, come se si stesse in piedi nel mezzo della foresta. Il proiettato in veranda vi invita a fare un passo fuori per una passeggiata nella natura o semplicemente godere di un pasto con una leggera brezza dal cantiere.
Tutte le quattro camere da letto hanno il bagno privato e una camera da letto si apre su un balcone privato. Il piano inferiore può servire come unità separata con il suo letto / bagno, soggiorno, cucina e mezzo.

Alex’ house is terrific. Clean, very roomy, and perfect for our group. Alex was very responsive and kind. Hoping we can return another time.

Lovely deck for coffee and meals. Very secluded place even though the road is not far. You do have to drive everywhere there is no safe walking biking path adjacent to the home .But short distance to town. Could use some extra blankets and dishes but that again was minor! Inside kitchen and bathrooms all renovated and wonderful. Overall it was an awesome home !! Thanks for sharing your home!!

The house itself was very comfortable. Everything worked properly and as listed. The owner communication response was immediate. The short dirt and rough road leading into the property was not paved but again GREAT HOUSE

The house was beautiful with a nice open kitchen/dining/living area. It was in a quiet part of town but minutes to downtown OB. Just as advertised. We hope to stay again next summer.

Perfect for our needs -- one couple with one child, one single adult and a senior couple. The four bedrooms (on three levels), three with large beds, and four bathrooms were perfect to permit privacy (and sanity) for everyone with the opportunity to share a very special weekend with family on the island.
The listing did not indicate that towels and linens were not available. If I had not asked specifically and came prepared, the weekend would have been a disaster. Otherwise, the kitchen and home were adequately supplied. (More garbage bags would be appropriate.)

Beautiful house

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful large house. It was a perfect quiet retreat for our family on our Martha’s Vineyard vacation. Our 3 teenage daughters loved staying in the lower level and we really enjoyed all of the options to to sit outside- deck, screened in porch or front porch. House is well appointed with everything we needed. The owner Alex called to make sure everything was ok and was very helpful. Great property and we hope to be back next year!

Beautiful, beautiful, house, large layout, andew areas for ur family to chill in, 4 bathrooms, 3 private, beds comfy, good cable, could t ask for anything more!
