Honeycomb Cottage - bright, airy and spacious sanctuary with water view!
Immerso nella comunità accogliente cottage di MacIntyre Shore a Donaldston, PEI (Mount Stewart è il distretto postale), Honeycomb Cottage è vicino a molte spiagge, e un breve tragitto in auto a Charlottetown, Cavendish, campi da golf, il Parco Nazionale, e molte attività all'aria aperta . Il cottage ha subito alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione recenti (alcuni lavori di rimodellamento, verniciatura e ristrutturazione, impianti idraulici ed elettrici, impianti di illuminazione) ed è previsto per un po 'di più in primavera prima dell'apertura per la stagione estiva (dipinto nell'ala degli ospiti, armadietto per la tv nel soggiorno, tocchi finali di fase uno, renos, ecc.).

Really gorgeous home. Drive along vibrant red dirt roads to get to this beautiful place. Unique design and truly gorgeous decor. You can tell this place is well loved. Check in was easy (and early!) which we appreciated. It is so quiet and the screened in porch was perfect for coffee and reading. Bathrooms were stunning and the master just gorgeous. Loved the open concept honey bee theme.

We really enjoyed our stay at Honeycomb Cottage….everything we needed was there. Diane even came with water and candles when there was a chance we could lose power because of bad weather. We would return.

We were 6 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. Lots of room to spread out. Well equipped lovely cottage. Enjoyed the screened in porch. Close to beaches and restaurants(less than 30 minutes). Owner was always quick to respond to emails. Would definitely rent it again!

Enjoyed our stay. My elderly mom would have preferred to have some “ regular “ TV , so my only suggestion would be to add satellite TV. Did see a few eurwiges in the kitchen but I know this is common for cottages without a basement. Loved the separation of the sleeping areas. Overall would highly recommend it to my friends

Quiet and serene with all the amenities of home. Lots of room for us as a family of four. We worked online for part of the stay and had no issues with online meetings. Host Dianne was awesome to deal with. We had a great stay.

A spacious bright comfortable cottage. It was a perfect layout for 2 couples with it's 2 separate wings and would also work well for a family. Well equipped. Close to all the popular tourist spots. Unfortunately we had to leave this beautiful property a day early due to Fiona but hope to return soon. Thank you Dianne for everything!!

Thanks so much for the lovely stay, Dianne. The cottage was super clean, the kitchen well equipped, and lots of space for all of us. The screened in porch was terrific as the maritime mosquitos are fierce in the evenings. We made great use of the parks pass and loved being less than 20 minutes from beautiful beaches. Our family fell in love with PEI and we look forward to coming to coming back.

We love the space in this cottage. The guest wing perfect for a young family. The Tracadi Bay beach and playground were a bonus. Walter our 150lb Bernese enjoyed the air conditioning and peaceful property!

We spent a lovely week at Honeycomb Cottage which was very comfortable, spacious and very well-equipped. We loved the huge veranda and especially the screened porch. It was a great place for a family holiday. Dianne was very helpful and accommodating especially dealing with a wasp nest!!

Cottage was perfect for our growing adult family. Loved having the master suite on opposite side of family suite. Never heard the baby or the late night owls in the group!
The great room was great for small toddler. Enjoyed the screened in porch for early morning coffee or night cap. Mosquitoes were the only issue. Play ground was a plus!

The property is beautiful. Close to the beach and hiking, and not far from downtown Charlottetown. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed having the two separate wings for each couple in our party. Dianne ensured that we had everything we needed. Overall I would stay again.

The property suited our needs just fine. We were at the tail end of the season, and one of the bathrooms was not working, which was inconvenient considering that was one of the pluses for us when booking (two bathrooms). There was also some communication issues with the owner on checkout - we got out in time, and left the keys as we found them, but received a message when we were already at the airport that she wanted us to lock everything up as she wouldn’t be at the property for a while. We received an angry message from her a little too late.Other than those couple hiccups, we were happy with the property and the amenities there. The owner was friendly and we had a nice stay on the island. We would recommend this property.

Well located, and well laid out, this was perfect for us for a few days on the island. Nice and close to everything we wanted to do, and the layout of the space itself was thoughtful. Everything we needed was available, and we were very comfortable, including on a rainy night with nothing to do but sit and play cards at the kitchen table. We would definitely stay here again!
