Easily accessible. Close to town. Newer hotel.
Unfinished repairs. Took the initiative to fix damages but didn’t bother to finish jobs.

PM staff was terrible. Front desk receptionist is in a hospitality position and was very rude and disrespectful to myself and my children. The pool was cold and not only that- but when we went into the pool area, it was hot so it offset the coldness of the pool. My kids were playing and having a good time and they turned the AC on to freeze them out! Terrible experience

This was what I found in my room (room 301). Window blind didn’t work so I couldn’t see outside. Use a walker and the roll in shower didn’t have a a place to sit for me to use and almost fell. Threshold was broken which flooded the bathroom floor from the roll in shower and almost fell sliding on wet floor. A/C unit was exceptionally noisy. Television was tiny compared to the size of the room and distance from the bed.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and the staff were amazing. The breakfast was a huge variety of hot and cold items. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

The pool was very small and the water was cloudy. There was only two small thin towels out in the pool room and there were four of us swimming. The breakfast was just okay, but good for what it was. The staff was not unfriendly, but they sure were not overly friendly. I had to speak to them first before they said anything to me and that was the whole time I was there (3 days). I understand customer service and they never welcomed us when we walked in, they were always talking to other staff and only stopped if you walked up to the desk to ask something.

The hot breakfast spread was a wonderful surprise. The staff was very accommodating. Nice gym, clean facility inside and out.

The staff came and beat on my door at 8:30 am and woke me up. And said check out but I had 2 1/2 hours till the check out time that was at 11 o'clock

The room was big and spacious, with plenty of lighting in all areas The breakfast was excellent. It was quiet and comfortable.
The staff was average as far as friendliness. There was hair left in the shower from a previous guest. I saw stuff on the carpet as if it hadn't been vacuumed properly. I use to work housekeeping in a hotel so I pay attention to details.

When we first went into our room it had a very bad odor. We explained this to the front desk and was given another room. All was fine after that.
