Friendly staff and great bar/bartenders

Hotel room was dirty. There were boogers on the wall near the thermostat, hair and dirt on the floor. Room wasn’t cleaned properly every other day and we stayed for an entire week.

The hotel kept authorizing charges on my credit card everyday. When I would ask the staff about it, I was always told we don't know for sure why that is happening but they are not charges, just authorizations. It was different amounts everytime and I hadn't charged anything to the room. I kept watching my credit card and 2 days after I checked out some of the charges/authorizations were credited back to my card. It took until 4 days after I checked out that my card was finally charged the correct amount and credited all of the authorizations that were never used. Eventually everything ended up as it should have but it was bothersome that for the 4 nights that I was there and for 4 days after I checked out, there were all these holds on my credit card that non of the staff could explain.

The element was friendly and clean!

I did not get to stay at the room I booked due to over booking of the hotel. Had to stay next door, which threw off the overall experience and my plans of enjoying the enmities.

It was so clean and a breath of fresh air to travel to relax for spring break. So many activities downstairs for entertainment and the whole staff was amazing to the front desk to the house keeping. It was ten minutes from the kalahari resort we were down to Check out and all the best restaurants close by and the H‑E‑B.

Nothing to complain about.

EVERYTHING! From its property cleaness, its hospitality, its accommodating, its customer service and the rooms were top notch. definitely a 10 out of 10!

I really liked the room, it was roomy. I like the bed, bathroom, great size. Clean room and loved the tile on the floor.

Property is convenient to find.

Bed and pillow is very uncomfortable. Staff very lazy and unhelpful.

the location

cleanliness was lacking. i have never had to complain about any of the Aloft stays since over 5 years. However, I must say the toilet seat was left dirty from previous occupant(s), the shampoos, conditioner and shower gel bottles were not refilled, the floor wasn’t clean-pee on the bathroom floor and sticky in the bedroom as I walked barefoot. Also, the booking description said complimentary breakfast and we were told it wasn’t the case, we left very disappointed !
