Great house, very clean and good layout. Only complaint we had was the upstairs queen mattress is sunk pretty bad in the middle. I would suggest replacing it.

We took our kids and their friends here for spring break this year and it was a great house. Kitchen and family room were big enough for 10-12 people. Master on main was nice to keep the kids all upstairs but there's two master's so could for 2 families. 4 bikes provided, outdoor fridge and plenty of parking. Only suggestion would be to put more patio furniture out to enjoy the large front and back patios more.

The home was fabulous...exactly how it's pictured/advertised! Plenty of space for a large family. The pool area was expansive & nice as well. Access to the beach was challenging due to space & requirements to rent expensive set chairs/umbrellas.

Beautiful home
This home is beautiful and we were very pleased with our stay. The rooms are large and very accommodating for a family. We would stay here again but probably not during the summer months as the Seacrest beach is very small and difficult to reserve chairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen and bedrooms. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. This house is exceptional.

Well appointed and tasteless decorated new house. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were all nice. The grill set up is also solid. Remember to bring some things that we didn’t think of besides extra toilet paper, beach towels, coffee filters and shower products, such as paper towels, maybe extra hand towels, trash bags!!, cleaning spray to wipe countertops, more wash rags, laundry detergent and dish detergent.

Beautiful House!
This house is beautiful and perfectly fit our needs. Not a far walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the pool! We had a wonderful time and used the kitchen and grill outside a couple of times. We had all we needed and highly recommend this property!!! The only issue we had was with the arm bands. You need to call security to get them and no one ever told us. Not really to do with the property but more the management company. We will be returning!

House was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Plenty of room for 2 families. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and stores. Will definitely be back

Beautiful Beach House!
We loved this beautiful house in Seacrest! It was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and so spacious! We had two families traveling together and had more than enough room, including loving having two masters. We were a quick walk to the pool and tram pickup to beach. Highly recommend!

This is property was just amazing. It was so convenient to walk to the Beach and other points of interest such as the pearl and so many other restaurants in the area. The beds were very comfortable and the house was spotless. The kitchen was fully stocked and it truly was a home away from home. We traveled with 2 toddlers and the home was very accommodating. The management team at royal destination was also so professional and very responsive. We will definitely stay at this property again and also use royal destination for booking.

House was clean and nice. Plenty of room. Bed linens were comfortable. All in all a very nice house and super close to the pool and several eateries and stores, including a small grocery mart. Only issue would be some of the towels need to be replaced and picking up and dropping off key is an inconvenience.

Very lovely beach home
This was a very cozy beach home. Loved the idea of having a master bedroom on 1st floor and the open layout of the house. Not to mention the size of the kitchen. Very nice house all the way around. Two thumbs up!!!

Such a beautiful, home, very clean, bright and spacious. Great for families so convienient to shops, restaurants, parks as well as the beach and several community pools. We enjoyed the relaxing comfortable charm of this home and look forward to returning.

Best House Ever!
We booked this property for my grandma’s 80th birthday and family reunion. All I can say is wow! The house was new, immaculate, spacious, expertly decorated. It accommodated our large family with room to spare. THhe pool in the complex was gingantic and it was a short walk or shuttle ride to the ocean. I didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting this area. You will NOT be disappointed!
