Condo was as described. We had family members staying in other condo's and we had by far the best experience. The cape was in the middle of a heat wave and it was really nice that the three air conditioners were on when we arrived. Check-in was easy since it was an electronic lock; i.e. didn't need to drive somewhere to get a key. Linens were included and already on all the beds. There were even extra lines for the air mattress. We also had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. There are coolers, chairs and towels for the beach. We've stayed at Ocean Edge before so we were already famaliar with the location. There are two pools on the premises. And, you can bike to Crosby beach on the bay side pretty easiily, although I'd recommend going during high tide if your plan is to swim. Nickerson State Park and it's kettle ponds are also within biking distance. Overall it's a great place in a conveinent location. I would highly recommend.

Entering the condo you got a strong smell of mildew or mold. We were not in the unit often because my daughter has a place by the beach so we left at 9 in the morning and did not return until night time. We did what the unit owner asked and did not leave the A/C ruining which did not help the smell. I believe the smell was in the carpet. The sliding glass door was very hard to open plus there was no lock on the back door leading to the deck. The sheets in the master bedroom had a stain on them which I would think the cleaning people would have noticed. When we got there I follow the directions to check in and no one seem to know what I should do. I was send to the Tavern and they said they did not do check in. Could not get a parking pass. We were luck we had our daughters beach to use. The A/C units in the bedroom were very loud, we could not sleep with them on.

Great location- close to the arbor pool, Fletcher pool, tennis and exercise facilities. Condo was well stocked with linens provided! I am buying the towels I loved them so much. We will definitely book this place again!!

The condo is clean and in a nice location in Ocean Edge. The owner provides all the comforts of home including soaps, detergents, sheets and towels. I will return.

This was our second time staying at this property and hopefully won’t be our last. It’s well located and well supplied and furnished! As the parents of young children, we were especially appreciative of the black out curtains.

We had a great time at Ocean Edge and staying at this property. Some of the documents need to be updated to avoid some confusion upon first arriving, but Brian was easy to reach and quick to respond.

Great location and close to Arbor Pool's Shark Bah. We'd rent again for sure. We've stayed at Ocean Edge several times and it's always a wonderful experience.

This second floor condo is located in a beautiful golf course community, with access to two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and much more. The condo was comfortable and clean, a perfect place to stay for a week with our two teenaged grandsons.

We had a wonderful time while staying at the property. Conveniently located to the pools, tennis and basketball courts. Supermarket is 10 min away. The property itself was very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen is equipped was all necessities. All in all we had an amazing time

Rental was clean and well appointed. Clean towels and linens provided a big plus compared to other rentals at resort. Family had great time at Ocean's Edge and the surrounding area.

We had such a great time in the house my son dubbed "the fishy house" because of the cute fish decorations on the wall. It was tastefully decorated, and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The condo was super spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers. They had everything that you could need for your trip (coolers, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, Pack N Play, toiletries and paper products, even some spices). The unit is very close to the Arbor Pool, which was fabulous with a full snack bar and both a large pool and a toddler pool. The fee for the pool for the week was nominal considering how much time we spent there. It was also very convenient both to restaurants and shops in Brewster and to other areas on the cape (it was about a 10-15 minute drive to shops in Chatham and less than an hour to good whale watching in Provincetown). There was a large Stop & Shop, liquor store and CVS within a 10 minute drive as well. Brian was very responsive and extremely helpful - before check in, he provided a full list of everything that you would need to know (what's in the condo and where it is located, contact numbers, etc.). We felt like we were in good hands. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, quiet family getaway.

If you are looking for a quite resort that includes golfing, swimming, walking, kayaking and more this is the place for you. The condo is well cleaned and stocked with everything you need for an amazing family vacation. Our family enjoyed our stay here very much and you will too.

This is our third year staying in this unit at ocean edge! It’s perfect for our family of 4 including our 2 girls ages 6 & 4 ! The unit has everything you can possibly need...from cleaning supplies, beach towels and chairs, pool toys, and laundry!! It’s perfectly located , close to 2 pools, and I can’t say enough about the beauty of the grounds of ocean edge! Prior to this trip we said it would be our last year and we would find a new travel location, but after our vacation ended we don’t know if we are ready to move on!!

My family stayed in this beautiful property during a heatwave, and found it to be a delightful holiday sanctuary (with great a/c and fans) in which to relax, and from which to explore the Cape. Communication throughout was excellent and comprehensive, and accessing the property was easy with the code lock system. Brian’s apartment is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything a holidaying family might require (including beach towels and toys) yet thanks to thoughtful storage is an uncluttered, relaxing space. We appreciated the shade of the complex pool on very hot days, and there were plenty of safe green spaces in which our children could play. We were regulars at Skaket beach ($20 daily parking fee, lifeguards, toilets and refreshment kiosk),. The bay side beaches offer spectacular sunsets. Supermarkets are within 10 minutes drive, We would warmly recommend this property to anyone wishing to explore Cape Cod.

This was our best trip yet! The location was perfect. Staying at the condo allowed access to beaches and resort amenities which we enjoyed daily. The condo was fully stocked with supplies, beach toys, and anything you could ask for to feel right at home. Hope to be back next summer. Thank you!!

This is our second year in this condo and my family loves it! Ocean edge is great my 2 & 4 year old love to swim, so it’s perfect! The condo is even better than last year, thanks to the addition of blackout curtains in each bedroom..the kids didn’t get up with the sun. It’s well equipped with everything you could possibly need for the pool, beach, and life with small children! We definitely plan on making it 3 years in a row for next year!

Nice property, plenty of room for two adults and two children. The area is close to beaches and restaurants. Owner responds quickly to answer any questions or to resolve any problems.

First time to Cape Cod and the resort and condo were GREAT! Clean, quiet, and had all the amenities you needed (especially with traveling with two kids under 2). Resort had multiple outdoor and indoor pools and was driveable to all of the other towns. Highly recommend.

The rental was very clean and comfortable for our week's vacation on the cape. The Ocean Edge complex is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed the Brewster area. We would definitely rent this unit again. It was nicely decorated and we liked the layout.

This was our first vacation with our two children, ages 2 & 4, and it was perfect! The condo is in a perfect location, in close proximity to the two pools we used daily! The condo was well equipped with all the toddler essentials, which saved us space in our car. We utilized the stroller, pack n play, booster seat, and side bed rails! We plan on making this location a new yearly summer tradition! Owner was quick to respond as well! My only request would be dark shades in the bedrooms....when the sun is up...my kids are up!! Ocean edge is an amazing, well kept resort. My husband was fascinated with all the groundskeepers! Very friendly staff...you really never need to leave the campus! Brewster is a great location, quick day trips to p-town, Chatham, orleans!

The condo was great. It was clean, updated, and was very convenient to the Fletcher and Arbor pools. The grounds of the property were beautiful. It was nice to walk to the different pools and restaurants. The activities at the resort were great too.

Best location within Ocean's Edge, this is a lovely, well- appointed condo. The owners take special care to ensure the upkeep of the property and the renters' satisfaction. We have stayed here for 5 summers in a row and are planning for #6!
