Die Lage war gut, zentral und nur 150m vom Strand. das Frühstück war sehr gut !
Neben dem Hotel gleich ein tolles Restaurant !

Modernes Hotel mit schönen klimatisierten Zimmern und Poolanlage, gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück(auf Anfrage sogar ab 5 Uhr möglich), sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal, zum Hotel gehörendes Restaurant mit vielen Leckereien und sehr freundlichem Personal, gerade der Nachtisch auf Haus mega lecker
Obwohl das Hotel gerade mal vor 1-2 Jahren modernisiert wurde fällt das Bad fast wieder auseinander, aus dem Anschluss für die Regendusche spritzte das Wasser raus, die Glastrennwand fängt am Fuß an wegzugammeln, wenn der Nachbar über uns geduscht hat lief das Wasser über Decke die Wand runter, das fande ich sehr schade

Honestly, I cannot all I loved into one box. Firstly, I loved that everywhere I went in the hotel, everyone had a smile on their face. From the receptionist, John/Elena or Nikoletta, to Irini and Theo constantly going the extra mile for me. I had a suite & the pool was always clean. The room was large & comfortable, it had a beautiful view. I loved how I could use the pool at anytime of the day. Ovi and Jannis were so helpful with the continental breakfast each morning, they went above and beyond! The drinks were amazing, I couldn’t stop with cocktails & Gyros lol. I cannot express how kind the staff were. They were so patient and helpful when finding out where to explore. It really made my stay in this hotel wonderful. I will definitely be coming back. The Petousis Restaurant was amazing, SO MUCH variety. I also learned some greek!😭
More variety with buffet breakfast & repaint room walls. Asides from this, 10/10.

We made a last minute booking and arrived at midnight. We still could have a drink and they had upgraded us to a suite. It was just amazing. The quality and choice of breakfast was exceptional and the Manager talked to customers and supported the staff in the breakfast. I was so impressed
We were able to use the pool the next day before our onward journey and it was so well organised and quiet. The quality of the food at the pool was brilliant. Would come back in a heart beat. We had a car delivered to our hotel the next morning and within 5 minutes we were on the main road to Rethmynon. Great location and 25 euros in a taxi from the airport. Was perfect for our holiday plans.

Very nice stuff especially the bartender with positive attitude towards us. The pool and room very modern and clean.
We didn't like the fact that everyday was exactly the same food for the breakfast. Apart from that, everything was perfect :)

Size of the room was exceptional big, with huge balcony, great for two nights. Very good choices for breakfast, even good dinner.
The bartender was super slow with the service when we were waiting for another drink even though there were only a few other people sitting there and he didn't served us anyway.

The rooms were extremely clean and staff very helpful. I am a neat freak and felt completely comfortable walking around barefoot. That is huge.
Location is conveniently located a short walk to the beach. However, the pictures make it seem like it is actually on the beach. That wasn't a problem though. My only negative point is that it's not a very exciting part of town. So be prepared to have to drive or take a bus into town (only 15min away).

Spotlessly clean & well maintained with staff that are genuinely nice & helpful, the pictures are totally accurate. Really good double glazing so you can barely hear outdoor noise & rooms are comfortable with modern equipment. Plenty of space at the pools & the breakfast was fresh & tasty. We asked for late checkout & our room wasn’t available but they gave us another, better room for the day which made such a difference to the last day of our trip. Would definitely stay here again.
The location is a bit far out. Not sure if it was time of year or just because it’s pretty much the edge of town but there weren’t many restaurant options nearby. However the bus service into Heraklion is frequent & reliable so it’s easy to get into town if you want to & if you don’t mind walking 10 mins you’ll find a wider selection of restaurants.

Executive suite was nice and spacious with shared pool. Bed was comfy and shower pressure was excellent. It also included bath robes and pool towels which were nice. Staff was very friendly.
The quality of breakfast was quite bad and there weren't any gluten free bread available. The door frame of our suite was nearly broken, had to be careful when opening the door.

This hotel is a decent one, if you are staying with kids. They have a nice pool with kids pool area. The taverna attached to the hotel also has a big section for kids to play around and have fun. It is very safe. The hotel is very close to the Heraklion city center and 15-20 mins away from the airport. There is a small beach in walking distance. Rooms are pretty new and well maintained.
The location, for me was good but not that perfect. However thats not a bad sign when you compare to all other things positive in the hotel

The hotel staff were amazing, the gentlemen at the reception was really the highlight of our stay here at Petousis Hotel; he went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic and gave a VIP treatment for myself and my gf. The room were really clean, really spacious, and had great amendities in our suite. Water pressure was perfect.

The room was amazing, the bed and mattress so comfortable.the general hotel and room design beautiful. The restaurant was excellent and the food served delicious.
Not soundproofed enough, you could even hear the footsteps in the corridors and other doors closing.maybe carpets could make a difference.
There was a kettle and coffee and tea but they never provided water bottles in the room.

Everything is perfect. Parking area is just nearby and bus station is in the front of Hotel. We had 2 nights dinner in their traditional restaurant with good taste.
Thanks for those stuffs and they are very nice, warm and helpful. We had a good time here.

The room was big, comfortable and had all the normal facilities including a desk and sofa. Breakfast was great, plenty of options. The swimming pools were fabulous. The beach was just a few yards down the road. Restaurant on site was excellent and popular. It wasn't as close to town as I had hoped and the buses had stopped by the time I got there but otherwise an excellent choice
