Tiszta rendezett környezet, őrzött parkoló, segítőkész személyzettel!
A Bookingon apartmant foglaltunk,de mivel nem volt külön feltüntetve a rendszerben, így sima szállodai szobát kaptunk.
Természetesen a tulajdonos kompenzációként ingyen reggelit ajánlott fel,amit elfogadtunk. Mivel a sima szobában nem volt főzési lehetőség, kaptunk egy Mikrohullámú sütőt és étkező készletet.. Szóval a félreértés miatti kellemetlenséget,a tulajdonos 100% ban segítőkészen kompenzálta.

Szuper dizájn, nagyon kedves és odafigyelő személyzet, finom reggeli, tisztaság, jó illat.

Reggeli fantasztikus volt és nagyon finom kávékkal rendelkeznek. A szobák tiszták, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Mindenkinek ajánlom, miskolci utazásaim során mindig ide fogok szállást foglalni ezentúl.

Könnyen megközelíthető a szálláshely. A szoba felújított,szép és tiszta,illetve jól felszerelt. Az ágy rendkívül kényelmes volt.

Redőnyt szereltek amit meg is értek. Viszont az nem tetszett hogy a darázs fészektől kezdve a hungarocel darab akik otthagyták a szerelés után két napon keresztül…

Pár évvel ezelőtt szálltam meg először náluk, de azóta ha Miskolcra utazom csak náluk szállok meg. Mindenben fantasztikusak.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is convenient, right at the entrance of Miskolc. Interior is modern, clean and tidy. We loved the atmosphere. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Mokka House was an oasis of green, with colourful flowers and garden on the edge of the city. Lovely ambiance and quiet off a busy road. Very clean with everything a traveller might need in the room. Friendly staff.

As for the end of October was pretty warm in the room, small but tasty breakfast, not a big big room but cozy and very helpful and pleasant manager name Cynthia.
only small drawbacks with cleanliness: some spiderweb in the corners.

This hotel was a real surprise, considering how cheap it was. Parking in front of the hotel, the availability of a restaurant on site and the cleanliness and quietness of the room were excellent features. All in all a very good small hotel
If you don not have a car the location could be a problem.

Mokka Cafe downstair. Sale good ice cream. Good ice coffee. Good for very hot day in Hungary in July. Room has air condition, perfect. Staff speak fluent English.
Hard to find Mokka House because of construction at the entrance next to the Mokka House sign, confusing, I thought they closed but it was open.

Very nice place and very nice owner. Everything perfect. Very clean, very quiet, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast and delicious coffe. Big, private parking with closed gate. Room with balcony.

Wonderful hosts, clean rooms and an incredible attention to detail. Overall very cosy place. Cute cafe downstairs that serves delicious breakfast, parking right next to the hotel. Will definitely go back!

really convenient location, lovely clean rooms, amazingly friendly and helpful staff- super nice at breakfast accommodating our little one’s hot chocolate- beat hot chocolate by the way!
