We enjoyed the property. It wasn’t as close to the lady as I wanted but the view was nice. The kids enjoyed the Rec room. We never spoke with the property manager but getting our key and to our condo was easy.

Great place ! Comfortable beds, beautiful lake view. My only complaint is the TV in bedroom wouldn’t work and had to wait on maintenance person to come fix …nice recliner in living room— BUT…I’ve stayed at many VRBO places throughout the country and have never had to strip off all bed sheets and put all dirty towels by front door in a pillow case , etc. We had to wash all dishes and start the dishwasher and take out all trash throughout condo —My husband and I felt like we were doing the cleaning lady’s job !!

We stayed 2 weekends in a row, we loved it so much ❤️ I love the view, and the place is so cozy. The game room/hot tub area is 24/7. We took full advantage of that. My family absolutely loved the entire experience.

This condo was nice and just as described/pictured. We enjoyed our time there. My only caution would be to anyone who has difficulty climbing steps. There are several steps down to enter the condo. Not an issue for most, but did slow me down a bit. Other than that, great property.

Caregiver getaway
We all have had the stress of being caregivers for family members...and this was our getaway to rejuvenate. It served the purpose beautifully. Wonderful accommodations in a beautiful setting. Peaceful.

Sons birthday
We had a great time the only complaint we had was when stated there was lake access, it is misconcieving, there is no swimming area or docks or even boats. But the cabana and hot tub and pool were great!! Sauna nice too!!!!

Great for teens
Three teenage girls enjoyed the game room, sauna and hot tub during Spring Break. I liked how the bedrooms were split so they could watch their own tv in the bedroom with 2 beds and they had their own bathroom. Had a view of the lake from every room. Nice size patio. We had to call to get a new DVD player in the Living Room. A plus would be to have a DVD player in a bedroom. Gated so felt secure. Will do a return trip this summer!

Good weekend
The property is a bit older but in good condition and as described. Rooms were clean and as described. Everything worked well and we had no problems. Short drive into downtown Hot Springs and was far enough out of town to avoid major crowds. Grocery store 5 minutes away.

We drove all the way there but TV news were saying Hurricane was going to cross by Hot Springs, so we called the office and we were given credit for a future stay within a year.Everything else was excellent

Pools NOT kid friendly
Property was as described for the most part. Unit was nice and had everything we needed. There was no popcorn machine or coffee provided as shown in the pictures. Only complaint was that both pools were not kid friendly. We were literally harassed by the security guard the first night at the front pool. He actually threatened to call the sheriff office when I inquired why he was closing the pool early. The second day we tried the second pool on site. We warned the kids that they were not allowed to jump in the pool at all, as we learned from the first night. An older gentleman who appeared to live or be staying in the property came into the pool area and told the kids of another family to not jump into the pool. This gentleman then asked if my family and I were staying in the property. It was belittling, Note to management.....post signs at pool that read NO JUMPING, not just no diving.

Great stay with the family
We enjoyed our stay here! We loved all of the extra room to spread out. Kids had their own space to unwind. The property met all of our needs. Loved eating out on the balcony. Having the washer and dryer was an added plus and helped us out a bunch. We would definitely return.

We had a nice stay, but we didn’t receive an email with the gate code. Fortunately, we got it at the last minute upon our arrival by telephoning the main desk.

Perfect Location Near Everything
This was our first time to Hot Springs. We wanted to get away and quarantine somewhere else for a change of scenery. This was the perfect location. We appreciated all the extra steps and precautions that were taken to ensure a safe, clean stay. The pool was monitored and kept at low numbers. We have a beautiful view of the lake and walked to the docks for fishing. We were close to restaurants, downtown Hot Springs, boating and more.
The condo was easy to get to, the check in process was easy, and we enjoyed all the space of the 2-bedroom. We can't wait to come back and stay at South Shore!

Not recommended
The condo had a bad smell. There were water stains on the ceiling, a tear in the living room chair, and the carpet was stretched. The 1980's decor didn't do it any favors. The front desk lady was not very nice, but the head cleaning lady recommended another condo in the same facility. It was much better, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Very Clean and Comfortible
There were 6 of us. Our stay was very Comfortable, Clean and Close to everything. We enjoyed the pool, pool table and the beautiful area. Thank you, Jeanne for sharing your nice place with us! We enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Girls Trip
We waited till the last minute to book the condo. Owner was very grateful to let us have early checkin so we could enjoy the amenities at the resort. The condo was ready for us and very clean upon arrival.

Hot Springs was FUN. The best part of this trip was Magic Springs Friday night Cabana party!
You get a lot of on-site amenities for the rental rate you pay. The leasing manager was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. All employees on the property were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Fabulous!
Stayed 4th of July week and the property is amazing! The condo was spotless when we arrived, check-in and out was easy and convenient. The entire property was kept nice and neat. Even the security guards helped us by telling us where the best view to see the fireworks was. We had a FABULOUS stay! The owners were great and very attentive to messages. Will definitely stay again!

We already miss this place
We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. All of the comforts to make you feel at home and beautiful views of Lake Hamilton. Very happy with how clean this rental was and we're pretty picky, as far as that goes. My husband was especially impressed with how clean the air filter was in the air handler. That may sound odd, but we have a son with asthma, therefore, it's highly important to us.
Comfortable and well appointed living area which is open to the dining area.
All of the amenities you need in the kitchen if you plan on cooking. We chose to eat meals at restaurants, so we didn't end up needing/using anything.
Two spacious bedrooms, and both have their own TV's, each with their own bathroom nearby.
Many things to do on site. We enjoyed the game room, putt-putt, and the option to check out movies from the office, of which, they have a very wide variety to choose from. While there, you can even grab some popcorn. Staff was very helpful and kind. The rental owner was great at making contact without being intrusive whatsoever. She was very fast at responding, as well as being pleasant to deal with.
We wouldn't hesitate to come back.
