The views from the balcony was breath taking, very clean room and facility, super helpful and attentive staff, breakfast was good.

Everything was great, the hotel was exceptional, breakfast was amazing. The staff is really polite. They were always there when needed but not in an annoying way. The whole place was shiny and clean.

Very friendly staff, extraordinary view, quiet place away from the city, VERY GOOD breakfast! Great location with forest around and paths to walk up to the mountain.

Not luxury. No attention to details that it makes you feel uncomfortable. 1. Too soft mattress on the bed, very bad for the back. 2. The pool is small and has the same depth everywhere, approximately 150 cm, that’s too little, you have to always think not to hit your legs. 3. The fridge in the room is barely cold, although on maximum power. 4. The restaurant, although not bad, TOO EXPENSIVE.

Excellent location, offers a great panoramic view over the St Margherita Ligure. We liked the swimming pool and the terrace. It was private, away from all the touristic buzz of the city, but at the same time close enough, just in case you want to take a stroll through the city.

We had a wonderful time at Il Leccio. The rooms have always been cleaned very well and the staff always tried hard to make our stay as nice as possible. The breakfast is varied and leaves nothing to be desired. It can be enjoyed particularly well on the terrace, where you have a breathtaking view of the valley and the sea! We were a bit disappointed with the kitchen, but that wasn't decisive for us to rate the stay as bad. We will definitely be planning our next vacation at Il Leccio again. Monica, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything.

We had a great stay at Il Leccio. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and even offered us a free room upgrade which we appreciated a lot. The room was spacious, modern and clean, with comfortable mattresses and a good airco. The panoramic view from the swimming pool and the breakfast/dinner terrace is nothing less than spectacular! And the breakfast was of very high quality. Il Leccio is located in a secluded spot on the hills overlooking Santa Margherita Ligure and is reachable with even large cars, even though the road there is at times steep and makes strong turns. But the tranquility and privacy once up there are fantastic!

The place is just heaven! Breathtaking views!! Staff is very friendly and sincere. You can tell they gi above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

450 Euro is way too much for this hotel. The big plus points (view and pool) do not outweigh the negative points (price and the narrow street leading up). The room could be more cozy. It lacks a safe, a picture at the wall and a long mirror. Getting from the hotel to Portofino takes a lot of time.
