Everything was perfect! Nice, big, clean room, very quiet place. 20 mins by bus from the city center, bus station is right next to the house. The owner was very kind and helpful, we strongly recommend it!

From arriving to our accommodation to departure we felt that our accommodation was perfect for our needs. Bus stop outside. Lovely fresh breakfast. Bright modern accommodation and cleanliness. Excellent and very helpful host.

Nothing liked everything would certainly recommend and visit again if returning to Bologna.

The host was very kind, even though we arrived late at night. He provided us with all the info we needed and made us feel welcome. Because we had to leave for the airport early he agreed to bring us breakfast the evening before so we still had something to eat at 5 in the morning. Even if it's located a little far from the city, the bus station is 20 meters from the property and the schedule is mostly respected. 25 minutes ride to center. Nice garden, quiet neighborhood. Good and diverse breakfast. Good restaurant right across the street, also small neighbourhood shop. We definitely recommend!

Maybe a rug on the floor would help since it was very cold. I am sure that in the summer is a much welcomed feeling of coolness but in March we regretted not bringing slippers.

Big and clean room with modern bath. Nice self service breakfast with good choice of products including fresh brioche / bread rolls. Owner cares a lot about his guests!

Very helpful and friendly owners. I stayed here unexpected because a family member had surgery in Bologna. The owner was very helpful and kind. I felt realy blessed I stayed here. Altough the room and breakfast is not in the city center there is a very good bus connection and the bus stops almost in front of the r&b. The owner recommended a good nearby reataurant were I could pick up my dinner at the end of the day. The room was impeccable clean and cleaned every day. Beautiful bathroom and good breakfast. I hope I will come back again here to have a vacation. The cercumstances of my stay was because of an emergency but I could'nt have been in a better place to ease my mind!

The room was new and amazing condition, also the bathroom was visibly recently renovated, everything was comfortable and the room was very warm and full of amenities.

Its not walking distance from the centre but it is well served by buses.

It’s such a beautiful place to spend holiday supermarket and restaurant are very close too and there’s bus running to the center every 10 mins 💯💯💯

Really big room with own bathroom, very luxurious and new. Also garden available. Nice breakfast available, with all you need and the self-service was perfect for me. Very friendly, helpful and hospital owner booked me a taxi for airport. Easy travel to centre with bus 11b, takes about 25 minutes for 2 euros. Everything top.
