The movable air-condition was strong enough, however the built-in air-condition would be ideal... A knife could be sharper. Some pots could be stronger.

The property is really clean and the owner cares a lot to offer the best hospitality to the people visiting his place.

The place is large and very cozy, there are artworks and small things that make the place feel like home. The door lock is very secure and the windows are also shielded and secured with iron bars. There was oven and gas stove, fridge, air conditioner, toilet paper, soap beyond other things that made our stay convinient. The host is flexible with the check-in and out times and client-oriented.

If you leave the bedroom window open throughout the night, you get waken up by the noisy street next to it early.

For those who enjoy outside of the busy center, this is the right place to be. Biagio is a super kind host and his home felt like ours :) There are different supermarkets nerby, pizzeria, fish shop, pastry/coffee place, as well as public transport right behind the corner.

Biagio is a super host. We enjoyed our stay at the casetta. The interior was almost perfect for our stay there. There is a supermarket just 2mins away and the bus and train station is also nearby. We would finally recommend this apartment!

The beach is more than 5km away. So we definitely recommend to rent bikes or a scooter.

One of the nicest hosts. He was very kindly and came at the Central Station in Bari and gave us a ride to the apartment. Also, he indicate us which cities are worth visited and how we can go there from Bari. He send us places where we can go to eat (very good focaccia, pasta, ice-cream) and from where we can buy different traditional types of food. Very helpful every time when we asked someting (what bus to take, where is a place, etc). The apartment is in a very nice location where you have across the street a supermarket, restaurant, pizza delivery(with very good pizza), fresh fruit, shop with meat and cheese, fish shop.

The apartment is not close to Bari central area. You need to get the bus for 20-30 minutes to go to Central Station/City Center or Pane e Pomodoro Beach.
