Receptividade e atenção do funcionário

Haviam goteiras no quarto, provavelmente por conta das fortes chuvas de janeiro, e a descarga não funcionava corretamente. Não há café da manhã disponível.

A atenção da dona da pousada. Ela é incrível e muito solicita.

Não há nada que não gostei, mas acredito que o dia tava muito quente e o ar condicionado demorou um pouco a gelar. Mas isso acredito que eles conseguem resolver por lá mesmo.

Dona da pousada muito gente boa, e faz tudo que está ao alcance dela! Voltaria novamente sem dúvidas. E ainda me ajudou a fazer os passeios, fiz tudo por conta dela e ainda ganhei um desconto muito bom.

Café da manhã simples, mas bom acredito que poderia aumentar a diversidade de sucos, mas nada que não possa fazer eu voltar.

The host family was special. Very attentive from small to large. They helped us with tips for organized tours. They served us a basic breakfast, which was a surprise for us. I highly recommend this accommodation.

it is a little far from the center to walk, but it is easy to reach by car. No complaints.

Cheap but very clean and nice room with good privacy and private bathroom. Very good value for money.

The room is nice and comfy, the owner is nice and told us she can take us wherever we want. The room was also clean and it was a good value for the money

The location was really far from everything and it is not an area you want to walk alone when it's dark.

The staff was simply amazing!!!! The location isn't close to the city center but the staff offers rides, in which we always got tips on where to go and what to do, they helped us with our laundry, with booking tours in Lençóis, with ordering food or with a ride to the city center to eat threre, with ordering a ride to the airport, always there to help with a smile and a lot of kindness it was a such a welcoming stay. We wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else.

As I said the location isn't great although you get help so it's not that inconvenient, there wasn't hot water in the shower sometimes, some bugs in the room, and the TV had lines on it, but the good definitely wins over this small things :)
