Beautiful location to relax with family. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home. Kayaking was wonderful!

Fun on the lake swimming, floating, kayaking, fishing. Fun in the yard, Spikeball, horseshoes, wiffle ball. Quite a few friends came and hung out for a day or two - everyone enjoyed it

Once we got past the communication snafu around our check-in, which ended up working out okay but might not have, and which the owner pledged to resolve going forward, everything else about our stay was terrific. The home is on a beautiful piece of property with a wonderful, relaxing, lakeside setting, complete with kayaks and paddleboards. The home itself is simply furnished with everything needed, and the kitchen is well-stocked with anything a guest might need. The outdoor spaces are a big selling point. Ben, the owner, was very accessible and provided us with some good restaurant suggestions. We had a very enjoyable week!

Great week
This property is wonderful, the pictures do not do it justice as there are multiple places inside and out to spread out. Great beach area, shady and sunny, beautiful landscaping, with plenty of seating. The house has everything you need; comfy beds, quality linens, towels, cook, glass and flatware - just bring the food - 2 refrigerators was a plus with a big group. We enjoyed games, inside and out, kayaking -there are 2, paddle boarding, nearby golf and just reading on the beach. Ben is a great host and keeps a beautiful home.

Great Lake House for family gatherings
We all had a great time playing in the yard and kayaking and fishing on the lake. Caught a few large bass. Lots of room to spread out inside and out. Nice large kitchen with lots of seating. Enjoyed the seeing and hearing the loons on the lake.
Would consider staying here again.

This was our firat vrbo experience and our first time to Maine. We have 5 children and we invited my parents to stay as well. The house was perfect! The property was gorgeous! It was a much needed relaxing getaway in this crazy year. We will certainly be coming back!

We stayed the end of July in 2020. Property was awesome! Plenty of room for my extended family of 16. Kitchen was nice and big. We didn’t needed to bring nothing except food. We rented a boat and the house had a tube for us to use. The property manager was available and easy to communicate with. Some of the beds weren’t that comfortable and the sliders were hard to close but other then that it was fantastic!

Woodbury Pond rental
This rental on Woodbury Pond was spectacular. Beautiful interior with well thought out space. location on Woodbury Pond ideal. Very comfortable all around and would definitely rent again.

Playland
A spacious, lovely lake house. The private beach and a great dock for mooring our pontoon boat were a big hit. Plenty of room for the seven of us to cook together. Great family fun.

Beautiful home with lovely spot on the lake
We totally enjoyed our stay. The ducks and loons were enjoyable to see and the home and yard had everything we needed and more. Spent every lunch and dinner dining outside on the upper deck. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming and fishing.
Only a few items on the wish list...the dishwasher needs to be replaced, hair dryers in bathrooms and a floating dock to swim out to would be great!
We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Amazing week
We had a wonderful time. The deck was a perfect place to sit and drink our morning coffee and the vast lawn provided options in the sun or shade to sit by the lake. There are beautiful views from all over the house. We saw osprey and eagles and enjoyed the loon family. The fishing was great right from the dock! There was room for all to spread out or come together. We enjoyed darts and corn hole as well as the provided kayaks. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Very beautiful

Amazing vacation at a Gorgeous home!
When we first reserved this vacation home we knew it was going to be beautiful, but when we walked in the stunning views and overall space was more than we could have expected! We absolutely loved the open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, huge lawn and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. We were not expecting all the bedding and towels to be set up like a 5 star hotel - another wonderful bonus. The kids were in heaven - when the weather cooperated they were outside playing wiffle ball on the huge lawn, kick-the-can, horseshoes, and enjoyed fishing, kayaking and swimming on the lake. When it rained, we all had plenty of room to spread out inside playing monopoly, making puzzles and just hanging out. Cooking large meals was easy and fun even with many cooks because the kitchen was enormous! The extra fridge and drink cooler downstairs was very helpful too. This vacation was such a wonderful blessing to our family. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home! We can't wait to come back again:)

Amazing House and property
This was a great vacation house. The house is spacious and spotless. Plenty of room and a gourmet kitchen. The lake is beautiful as was the dock and fire pit. The sounds of the loons on the lake was amazing. We went to Portland, Freeport and Boothbay. All great. We brought
Lobsters back to the house many nights, sometimes already cooked, other nights, we cooked. There was a great beach for the kids. We used the kayaks but also rented a pontoon boat which was delivered to the public dock. That was great, too. All in all, great house, great management team , a wonderful vacation.

Everything We Imagined and More
The house was perfect, beautiful, huge and very clean. With six adults, three children and a dog, plenty of room. The kitchen is massive, modern and a nice area to prepare meals. The landscaping outside reflected the home itself, beautiful. A wonderful firepit, deck and gazebo. My favorite was the dock and little beach front, the kids loved it. The home is located on Woodbury Pond, in Ohio we call them lakes, we spent any free time, fishing and swimming but mostly kayaking on this wonderful pond. This home is located just eight miles from 95 making it a perfect base to explore Maine. Would we go back, oh yes.
