This is a really good location. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet and we had a good time. The condo has 31 steps from main floor to the top floor but there is an elevator. As the other reviews state and we agree, the place could use some TLC.

There were 7 of us and we used all 4 bedrooms.

This place is way bigger than the photos make it appear! Our family of five plus our au pair had a fantastic week. We could have easily shared it with anothe small family given the large walk in closets adjoining many of the rooms. Perfect for dark nap times! Our kids loved the community pool and we all enjoyed the very walkable location. We had a fantastic experience at St Simon and hope to come back, maybe with friends next time.

Property location is ideal to downtown and restaurants. Condo is clean but could use updating. Overall it was a good experience.

The unit is nice and the management company was very responsive; however, the unit could use a good spring cleaning and the master-level carpet could use a heavy shampoo or replacing. Also, thanks to the previous customer for not only taking the garage door remote with them when they left, but for also clearly cooking a fish feast shortly before we arrived. The odor never left.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. It was very close to where we wanted to be. It was exactly as it was presented.

Wonderful place with plenty of room to move around and in a nice complex.

I came here with my extended family for a week. The condo was well-kept, comfortable, safe, and close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay on St. Simons Island.

The property is amazing having the freight elevator made it so easy to get our bags up to the top floor rooms. It was very clean and well stocked. Had a great time cant wait to visit again

We had a decent time. Check in was easy. Location was close to everything but we chose to drive to the beach areas, it’s a bit of a walk. The host responded quickly to needing more towels and a broken toilet seat but seat wasn’t fixed until the afternoon before we left. The condo needs some deep cleaning throughout, walls are really dirty, and around/under beds there was garbage. The vents as someone mention above were black also some of the shower heads. It also smelled very musty throughout. It could be the time of year but maybe some air purifiers would help. All in all we had a good time and no complaints with host. Just I think the company needs to do some deep cleaning top to bottom and it would be perfect.

Overall, we were happy with our stay at the condo. Pros: It had lots of space for 3 families with young children. The owner was thoughtful with all of the extra beds. It was also nice to have 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked and furnished. The pool was small, but nice for the kids. The elevator was helpful since 2 of the bedrooms are on the 4th floor. Cons: the host was unresponsive by email and VRBO chat. We had a question before we arrived and it was never answered. We also arrived and there wasn't a key in the lockbox, but thankfully the garage code worked. The condo needed a deep cleaning & freshening - Air vents were moldy & dusty, floors were dirty, and dusty ceiling fans. We would stay here again for a quick weekend trip, as it was affordable and a good location. With a few improvements, it would get a 5 star review.

We loved this condo!

Our family had a wonderful weekend stay in St Simon's at Demere Landing. Good communication from host. Quiet neighborhood, excellent accommodations for 6-8 family members. Good location near beach, restaurants and shops.

Good value for our family needs. I would stay here again.

Just FYI. The living room cushy chairs smell badly of BO. The need to be thoroughly cleaned. Other than that everything was great. Thank you

Clean rental with LOTS of space!

This condo was wonderful and as described. It was just the right size for our family. We all loved the elevator!! If there was any improvement I could suggest, it would be having another king size bed in one of the rooms. Otherwise, it was perfect!

High school classmates, with thei wives, gathering to play some cards, relax and enjoy a bit of camaraderie Totally fun, easily accessed and close to any activities we could choose. Dining at Bennie’s Red Barn, walking the beach at sunrise and enjoying the breezeway of the pier provided the distractions/entertainment we sought. Thanks

This rental met all our needs. It was clean and well equipped. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathrooms are plentiful. The elevator was very helpful. It’s in an easy to find location, close to every place we wanted to visit on the island. Our property manager, Shannon was very helpful too. Would definitely book this rental again. We had a great time!

In a golf tournament so we were not really there much. Had dinners out and breakfast in. Everything was fine. Online description had 4 bedrooms, and 4 baths. But there was only 3 whole baths and one half on the main level. No big deal, we worked it out just fine.

Access to the home was very clear and understanding. The place and location was great. Only issue was no instructions for TV and incorrect info on garbage drop. Overall nice stay.

The condo is in a perfect location to beaches and my son who lives on the island. We would recommend staying here it was clean and comfy! Thank you

Condo spacious and very well equipped. Handy to everything . Weather could have been better but we had a good time

Very user friendly. Love the elevator! It makes moving in and out so easy. Kitchen is well equipped. We had a couple issues with one of the bathrooms (loose toilet seat, dirty shower curtain). Easily fixed we contacted the owner she was very apologetic. The garage opener was missing we contacted the owner but never heard back. Not a major issue there’s a key pad. Overall it’s a great place to stay.

This was a fantastic place, very clean and spacious. Close to the beach, restraunts and shopping. Will definitely use again.

Centrally located to everything on the island Beautiful furnishings throughout. The elevator was awesome for my elderly mom Grandkids loved it too
