La falta de parking para el vehículo. Tuve wue dejar el vehículo lejos del hotel

Bien situé, personnel plutôt sympa même si on sent une réticence face aux français. La chambre était spacieuse avec vue mer. Buffet à volonté. Petit frigo dans la chambre.Le rapport qualité prix est formidable.

Moins de choix dans le buffet qu'en été, pourtant l'hôtel était complet. La lumière du couloir reste allumée toute la nuit et filtre sous la porte.

Pool areas were fantastic. The one at the back only gets sun until late afternoon but easy to move to the front pool which gets sun all day. Staff were fantastic, very helpful. Hotel was clean and breakfast was lovely

A tiny issue in comparison to how great the hotel was - for 1 full day there was no hot water so had to have ice cold showers. Understand these things sometimes can't be avoided but there was no notice or apology from the hotel.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond, they were all extremely welcoming and friendly which was probably the best part of our stay, the location was amazing and wasn’t too busy at this time of the year so it was very comfortable.

Good experience the first night, the receptionist was so nice and helpful so we decided to come back for a second night. Second night, the room was disapponting. Room was way too small without the desk, no double pillows, no hygiene kit. First room had a good view over the sea the second one didnt and was underwhelming. Our request for a sea view wasnt taken into consideration. Might not come back because of this.

the breakfast wasn’t the best , why would you have to ask for ketchup every day ?? bacon was shocking as it is in Spain . the breads , pastries, cakes were lovely as was the salad .

We got an amazing room in the corner of building, with a huge balcony and two doors to the balcony. It was a great see view and good view to the town. The room is clear and making up every day was very nice. All the furniture and equipment are very fresh and modern. Good and tasty breakfasts and kind staff which always helps us. Great beach near the hotel (5-7 minutes walking).

The hotel placed on the hill, and when you backing from the beach/town you need walk up a bit. We miss some equipment in the room: iron (you can get it on reception for some time with deposit, but you have no it in the room), teapot, and safe-box only for additional payment.

Delicious food! Far more than expected! Great staff, super polite. Bed sheets and towels changed every day, very very clean. Location to the beach is great, just a few minutes walk.

The pool was very cold every day. Everybody was just chilling on the sunbeds, nobody could go into the water. It could also be a bit bigger and deeper. Beds need some new mattresses.

Just back from a week long stay here and I have to say it was perfect. The staff are unbelievable, from the minute we walked through to the day we left. From the reception staff to service staff to the cleaning staff everyone was so friendly and helpful and really do make the stay that little bit more special. You are greeted with a smile and a glass of champagne. We were upgraded upon request at no extra cost because they had the availability so this was no hassle. We had a corner sea view room with a giant balcony. The room was spotless and tidied every day. Towels replaced whenever needed. We had breakfast included and it was fantastic, great selection for all diets. We had dinner there one night just to try it, it was €15pp with a drink included and this was also amazing, so I would imagine going half board here would be well worth it considering the quality of the food. They have 2 pools, one is like a morning / afternoon sun trap and the other is an evening suntrap. It is never over crowded, plenty of room between sun loungers, table and chairs and there is even a deck with 4 double sunbeds with a sea view. The location is ideal, 5 minute walk to the promenade / beach which has plenty of restaurants and bars. Its about 10 - 15 min walk to the main party strip (if that's what you want / dont want) So the hotel is close enough to go but far enough that you dont encounter much noise spill over. I would suggest the party types to stay down towards the strip where most do stay as this hotel is more a quiet / relaxing chill vibe stay. Things to do I would recommend are the Water World water park and the Sensation catamaran boat trip.

The aircon in the room cannot be individually controlled - Its standard in all rooms and is controlled by the hotel itself (understandable considering costs and the impact to environment) It still works and keeps room at nice temp. The town itself is a bit tacky and run down, slightly past its heyday but this doesn't reflect on this resort / hotel. There is still lots of lovely places to go and things to do that avoids these areas (if you are not into that).

location and staff were excellent, couldn’t fault the rooms, plenty on offer at breakfast and if you move sun-beds occasionally you get the sun all day!
