Absolutely amazing location, beautiful condo our family had a great time. We had a 14 month old with us do wish the cleaning crew washed the floors a lot better but other then that great time very clean . Definitely booking next year and years to come

It was overall a great stay. The propery management team was excellent. It was easy to book and they were very responsive to all my questions. The unit itself was large and had a nice view from the balcony. The kitchen living and dining areas were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of seating for our group. The pool was nice and never overcrowded. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The beach was close and easy to get to. We had a great tile and plan to stay again next year.

We really like this location, building, and the size of the condo. Unimpressed with everything else. Property was visibly dirty upon arrival. Directions for entering the property were incorrect, resulting in a need to contact one of the rental staff (the staff was clearly busy, loud in the background, etc.) and had to walk us through getting into the home. Not sure we will stay again.

Overall great experience here at Vista-Mar Unit 305. Great location, great ocean views from both balconies. Short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub very nice. One block to the park which was a great asset if you have kids. Unit very nice overall. Would stay here in the future. Management company very responsive to our questions.

This was the first time we did not have to bring linens which was a plus. However, the fitted sheets for the full beds did not fit. They were too small!Also, there was a lot of dust on the TVs and baseboards. Still a very good vacation week.

The unit was clean and had plenty of space for our stay. The neighbors were all extremely night. The view from the balcony was beautiful. And we were within walking distance to so much! We hopped on bikes right next to the unit everyday and road all over town. I would recommend this unit to everyone and I look forward to coming back again! Also, the realtors made communication and contact so easy. I love that any concern we had we heard back right away. Thanks again!

Unit was clean and close to the beach. A couple of minor problems that property management was able to rectify. Only issue was the beds. They are very hard and uncomfortable.

We have stayed in one of the 5 bedroom units each summer for many years, great location amenities and space. Awesome pool area, we had it all to ourselves a couple days. Unit was very clean and had minimal knickknacks. Kitchen with everything you need to cook, plenty of storage space for beach stuff in closet downstairs. Only improvements would be some deeper cleaning of things like dusty air vents, larger TVs in the bedrooms and more seating for the 2 beautiful spacious balconies.

Excellent choice for 12 people. Only negatives: key box on door hard to open, door stuck and lock did not work on storage shed near pool, and ice makers on both refrigerators did not work. These are only minor items that can be fixed and should not keep anyone from renting this property.

Love this building! The two level layout of this unit is perfect. It gives plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Great view from the main floor deck but spectacular from the 2nd level watching the sun rise over the ocean & set over the bay. New owners making some upgrades already, with new couches & beds. Very good time!!
The unit was perfect for our family members. Two floors made spreading out possible. Very clean, but needs updating. A note on the frig indicates the place will be going through a renovation. The place has the potential to be a real gem. We had an issue with the outside storage closet but management took care of it in a timely manner. Look forward to seeing the renovations.

Needs updating and cleaning
The bathrooms were old and dirty. The bedspreads smelled, the pillows were old and lumpy. The furniture was falling apart and dirty. The carpets were in need of cleaning. The lighting was dark and some lights didnt work. We shouldve gotten money back for having to clean it ourselves. We will not be staying here again! Especially with Covid around and such a late check in you'd think it would be super clean but there were poop stains in the toilet and dust and soap scum around the sink in the master bathroom. Yuck!!!! Soooo not worth the money to stay here. The owner should be ashamed of themselves for not fixing these issues. Sinking couches, wobbly kitchen chairs, broken screen doors for the sling glass doors. Terrible!!!

Third year in this unit. Great weather, good family time. This unit continued to meet our expectations. I already mentioned that the Wifi info was incorrect. It is ID Vistamar 305, PW - wildwood 123. Also, the TV in the den had no signal. Fortunately, my son brought a Roku and Wii for my autistic grandson. Other minor issues: 1. Mr. coffee pot didn't function totally at times, and the small fridge in the den in dire need for a defrost. Also, wished that bed pillows were provided (understand the caution). Assuming that upgrades and cosmetic work will be done as per note from the owners that was posted on the fridge.

We had stayed in this building 2 years ago but in another unit. This unit was not as nice. Some things needed fixed and it was not as clean as expected when we checked in.

Our unit was a bit run down looking. There were simple things that could be down to improve the overall appearance. It could also use a deep cleaning not just running the vacuum and scrubbing toliets. We were there early in the season so was expecting it to be tidier.The beds were not the most comfortable but I've come to expect that from shore rentals. Location was great so I'd probably try a different unit next time.

It is a great property, excellent location, very spacious. The only negative if the property is that mattresses are very old and hurts when sleeping. Kitchen utensils can be replaced also, they are very old and most of them are broken.
