Una camera da letto e un bagno condominio situato in un edificio a due piani in un complesso condominiale. Breve guida a tutte le attrazioni di Napoli. Massimo di due occupanti. No animali. Situato in posizione centrale a pochi minuti da numerosi ristoranti e stabilimenti commerciali. Il condominio è completamente arredato e dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile completamente elettrici. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Ci sono due TV a schermo piatto, televisione via cavo e internet wireless. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti per il vostro soggiorno. Vi è una terrazza schermata con vista sull'acqua. Parcheggio di fronte all'edificio. Campi da tennis accanto all'edificio. Ci sono due aree piscina con club house adiacenti con palestra.

The condo is clean with most everything needed provided. Very good communication with owner and reasonable rates for N. Naples.

Nice condo that's close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The pool is not heated so that was a little disappointing.

I had a great stay at this property, and found the place to be roomy, comfortable, and homey. It's just perfect for a home away from home! Jay is a great host and he went above and beyond to have the place ready for me upon my (early) arrival . He is the best!

The condo was central to where we needed to be as well as 20 min. from 5th Ave, close to good semi-public golfs, Food & Thougts (great address for restaurant & grocery shopping)), and a really nice pool.

The place is very over rated. The laundry room has no light so it is very hard to see in the washer. We had to use a flashlight to see the bottom of the washer. The dryer timer doesn't work so watch the clothes get over dryer and very hot also the dryer doesn't stop when the door is opened.
The sofa is very hard to get up from, I had in use a pillow to sit on.
The kitchen faucet handle comes off so getting the faucet shutoff was difficult some times.
The faucet in the bathroom needs repaired because only a trickle of water comes out.
The windows in the bedroom had mildew on them and made the room seem dreary.

look forward to staying here again next year. just perfect for one or two people. great location, easy to get to everything. Really made my vacation fun. Cable and internet really appreciated. Thanks!

I booked this condo for my son as a temporary home-base during his relocating from NC to Florida. He said the place was very nice and had no problems during his stay. Great location, great amenities!

Jay and Virginia were simply lovely, and it is reflected in their property. They were such a pleasure to deal with, they made me feel at home, and I really enjoyed my stay here. Ideal for long stay, it is perfectly situated in North Naples, close to everywhere that you want to be. Great restaurants and shopping down the road, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, full cable, internet good, everything you need basically. Big thanks!

Overall, this was a nice place to stay. It was close to many restaurants and not too far from the beaches (about 10-15 minutes). There was a great pool with hardly anyone there. Would have liked some instructions for checking out. .

Since I spent most of the day out and about this property provide a convenient place to spend the evening hours. The neighbors were quiet and there was a good selection of shopping nearby. The owners provided a bike which was perfect for my daily excursions and greatly appreciated. There were some maintenance issues (dead remote batteries, broken dryer nob, Over oven light) but nothing that kept me from enjoying my time in south Florida
