They are doing scam, they given fake address.

The hotel was not existing at the address provided with the confirmation. I strongly say that never use booking.com for booking any property as this site is supporting fake hotels and address property.

This place is mentioned that is in haridwar but actually this is 35 kms far from haridwar. I have raised a query regarding refund with both bookings.com and oyo but no one ever has reached or responded. And they just mention that payment is successful. And i have not received any refund. On responding to text messages at booking.com site they just revert automated text. On calling on phone they won't answer. Its pathetic its worse.

I have never been to this place and still they mention that i have been their and checked out.

Not recommended for travellers for booking and stay in hotel. Poor service....
Bed sheets not clean. Blanket not clean..
While doing booking breakfast was shown but not hotel manager refused to give, No RO water No glass for drinking water, Moreover while booking amount shown Rs.659 to paid but hotel manager charge Rs.679....
