We loved the front deck. Spent most of our time there. Great view of the gulf.

We had a great time at this beach house. It was a quick walk to the beach. Sunrises at the beach were amazing. The second deck porch was a great place to sit anytime of the day with the beach breeze even in the heat of summer.

Nice amenities. Owner did a good job with leaving small things to make you feel welcome.

We loved everything about the property! The host is outstanding and made our stay so enjoyable. If there were more stars to choose, I would! Will definitely be back!

Overall a great place to stay. Didn't realize you had to go through the bedroom with bunk beds to get to one of the other bedrooms as well as a bathroom. We made it work. Would also like to see them leave more towells. Thank you so much. We had a great time.

Booked this great little house for a last minute getaway. It was perfect!!

Very comfortable house with every accommodation and accessory you could need and if they don’t have it, they will get it for you. The owner is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. The house is in a perfect location. Only a very short walk to the beach. We rented golf carts, which made it even easier. We truly enjoyed our long weekend!

Jennifer was sooo nice and accommodating! She got my family and I right into her house! Very clean and organized and the location is AMAZING!

We loved our stay in the beach bungalow over the holiday! Jennifer you are a great host and so accommodating! For future guests….the property sits on a cul-de-sac and other house in the circle are for rent. So the other half our family rented the property next door. The the kids were able to play football in the cul-de-sac, enjoy the hammock under the deck or run down to the beach. The upstairs porch is covered so even on a rainy day everyone could still enjoy outside. The property is just precious. From a cute little coffee bar in the kitchen to the cozy bedrooms on the 3rd floor. A small detail to some but I love the amount of beach towels you all provide. So appreciated with children in the mix! It was a sweet getaway for us.

This beach house is a great place to stay for couples or families. It's very clean, organized, and has all the things you need for your stay. One of the really nice things is all the details with the small things. Water bottles with custom labels for our group, all the linens, paper products, full kitchen and even a bottle of champagne. It's also very well-appointed with comfy beds, couches, and chairs. I had a couple of questions and Jennifer (manager) responded right away. Plenty of parking, lots of beach toys, and 100 yards to the beach. You can't go wrong. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed here for a family reunion and the house had a great deck and living room to accommodate everyone. My only complaint seems to have to do with neighborhood rules. My family that was in town for the reunion split up into three different homes in Galveston and we rotated each evening for dinner. There were a lot of us, but we were not partying or playing loud music. We had kids present. All vehicles parked in the driveway and everyone not staying at the house was gone by 8pm. We received a complaint about this. Besides this we had a great time. There were a lot of amenities not seen at many other homes. This included beach toys, water, charcoal, large shampoo and conditioners for the shower. Home was also only a short distance to the beach.

The rental transaction was easy and timely. The property was very clean, and pleasantly decorated. We especially enjoyed the covered upstairs deck, where we spent most of our family time together. One feature we loved was the gate at the top of the stairs. We had a toddler with us, and this small safety feature provided a big benefit! We also used and appreciated the extras that came with the rental. To name few: charcoal grill, bottled water, toiletries, Prosecco, margarita mix, and a variety of coffee pods. We loved the proximity to the beach and the location in a cul-de-sac. I highly recommend this property for you next small family gathering.

The house was perfect for a family reunion. We loved the large outdoor deck and the two large couches in the living room where we could sit around and talk. All the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards were wonderful. We didn’t have to worry about buying anything. The amenities were a wonderful surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

We love this property so much on our first visit that we came back for a second time this year! Everything you need for your perfect family vacation is in this house. It is very well stocked. Beach is a short walk and Galveston is a short drive. The house is roomy and plenty of space for everyone. Huge kitchen table and plenty of seating in the living room. Loved drinking my morning coffee and my evening nightcap on the large deck with an ocean view. Can say enough about how much we loved the house. Owner is awesome and super easy to work with. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

The house is great, especially the deck. My family had a blast. The house is close to the beach, on a great street and very comfortable. The owner was responsive to our every need and we would definitely go back.

With the separate sleeping quarters the house was perfect for two families to stay. Great location, nicely kept, and overall a wonderful place to stay!

The 2nd and 3rd floor of the house had living area, patio, and 2 bedrooms. They were maintained and owner provided extra amenities for guests to enjoy. The drawbacks: two bedrooms on the third floor had no windows (possible fire hazard). The stairs were very narrow and steep (made it hard for my aunt to go up). The problem was with 1st floor bedrooms. When we walked in, we noticed a strong ordor. The host told us it could be an air wick. We unpluged them; odor was still very evident. I noticed there were two dehumidifiers with instructions to keep them running continuously, keep ceiling and oscillating fans running, and to open blinds to let light in to help with humidity in the room. I had never heard of doing this at a beach house before. Over our stay, the odor did not improve. We emptied the dehumidifiers 3-4 times a day. In the morning, they were both full of water. I contacted the host, who sent out maintenance. He told me the room did smell a little musty, but he didn’t think the host had rented the room in a while and maybe that was the problem. I pointed out black stains on walls. He said it was wood coming through paint. I was very concerned. I noticed that there was a black stain on the shelves. I told the host while the main part of thouse was nice, I could not rent this house again due to sickening smell that was in the room. She turned on me saying that no one had ever reported this smell and she would make a comment on our account. This was the worst experience I have had renting a house. Even worse is when I got home, everything we had taken with us stunk. We had to wash all of our laundry twice and may have to throw away the pillows and purses we took with us. Even our chargers stunk. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had renting a house. The host did little to accommodate our experience. She told me that her maintenance guy didn’t notice the smell (he told me he smelled it) and that it hadn’t been reported before. I went back in reviews and someone reported it in 2020. Our day guest said they wouldn’t dare sleep in room, my aunt said she couldn’t have stayed in room, and a guest staying in the house next door thought smell was concerning. I wanted to leave, but hated to end my family’s vacation. We suffered headaches for days after we got home. I asked for 1/2 of my stay to be refunded The owner has not contacted to resolve and VRBO has been no help. Big mistake on my part renting this house. It ruined my vacation.

Great house for families! Outdoor shower a wonderful surprise. Property is super clean with lots of amenities and personal touches. Host is extremely communicative and helpful. Very close to family oriented beach. We had a wonderful time with our grandchildren.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. There are bedrooms located on the ground floor that do not connect with the upstairs without exiting the house and walking up an outdoor staircase. Everything was very nice, but if you need to have several children sleeping in the bunk room it's important to plan the sleeping arrangements accordingly. We would stay here again for sure.

We all very much enjoyed the property inside and out. The big porch and the breeze coming off the ocean was an unexpected treat. I've read other review and agree with every compliment given. Thank you, Jennifer, for thinking of everything.

My friends and I stayed at Bobbi's Beach Bungalow and had a fantastic weekend celebrating all of us turning 50 within the year! This house is so cute and was a very SHORT block and a half to the beach, which was perfect! The neighborhood is very quiet, very clean and safe. The house had literally everything anyone would need for a stay at the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beach itself was very clean and not very crowded, which also made for an ideal experience. My small dog came along and was immediately living his best life when we realized the awesome host had left him a snack and all of the creature comforts a dog would need for the weekend! The covered deck is so awesome, well outfitted with comfortable furniture for early morning coffee and lazy afternoons! The gate on the deck at the stairs made it so convenient to let my dog enjoy the deck without worry that he would get loose and run down the stairs. We didn't really have any complaints from the house or the weekend, but collectively we have a few suggestions. Some of the beach chairs available at the house could probably be replaced soon-ish, as they are getting worn from usage and just normal wear of being used at the beach. The selection of beach toys/gear though was GREAT! There are a lot of light switches throughout the house that took us a little while to figure out which lights they went to, so the only suggestion there would maybe add labels under them. And the air conditioning worked amazing, it just took us a little bit to understand the settings, but the host was very responsive and extremely helpful with that and helped us figure it out quickly. The only other thing we noticed was that in the main floor bathroom, the water tends to spray out underneath the shower door, so we weren't sure if the seal under the door was gone or what, but we just cleaned up the water from the tile after each shower. Over all, this was such a fantastic trip for my 5 friends (who flew in from Minnesota), my pup and myself. We can't thank the host enough for helping to make our weekend so much fun and relaxing! Will definitely try to book this house again, and definitely will recommend it to my friends who live here in the area (or even out of towners!). Thanks again so much!! We all loved it!

The owner was immediately available to answer a question even though it was after 10 pm. Having beach toys and a wagon we could use was the icing on the cake.

This property was very clean and tidy. We loved all the extra touches: chilled wine and waters in the frig, a wide variety of Keurig coffee pods, misc toiletries, etc. Jennifer was great to work with and an excellent host! Only downside is we did not realize that the first floor is completely separate from the rest of the house, and you have to use the outside stairs to gain access to everything. Not ideal when weather is bad, but overall it was ok for our group. Just might be an issue for others.
