Casa a due piani con tre camere da letto e due bagni e mezzo. Due camere da letto una include una regina e l'altra un letto full size con un bagno al piano superiore tra cui un soppalco che ha un divano letto estraibile. Una camera da letto, cucina, sala da pranzo e soggiorno al piano di sotto. Ampio cortile con mobili Ramada e patio. A pochi passi dal centro acquatico della città di Surprise, dal parco, dalla biblioteca e dalla FORMAZIONE DI PRIMAVERA a pochi minuti da ristoranti e negozi. Abbiamo WiFi in casa

The home was clean and had all of the essentials to make it a pleasant stay. We liked that we could use the garage to park the car and store our golf clubs.

Overall, compared to other rental properties, I'd rate this one decent. On the positive side, it was as described, although the spaces looked a little bigger in the pictures (that's normal these days, it seems). We didn't think the bed linens were fresh (and my wife always knows), and there's way too much furniture in the dining room for what the place needs. Knicknacks are abundant and there weren't any of the normal typical perks like coffee or some snacks for late night arrivals. The neighborhood is great and it's easy to get to and from the house. The host had excellent communication.

Very comfortable home and well kept. Easy walking distance to major league spring training facitiy. Quiet neigborhood with a short drive to major road connections that lead to many places of interest.

Great location with good access to amenities. The landlord is responsive and caring, and provides a clean and inviting place to stay.

Liked the location and the house. Light switches in bedrooms didn’t function but there were table lamps. Small complaint, there was only one cereal bowl, maybe a quick trip to IKEA would solve it.
Bottom line, I’ll come back.

Nice home away from home.
Enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and location was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again next time in Surprise.

The house is fine. Well furnished and clean. Good location. Only minor complaint was that there was no garage door opener. We had to get out of the car, unlock the front door and open the garage from the inside every time.

Very disappointed. The tub was in the common bathroom was clogged, standing water with nasty hair in it. So our whole family had to shower in the master bath. The 2nd bedroom had fast food wrappers under the bed! Beds are all broken down & very uncomfortable. The sink in the kitchen made a horrible screaming sound & hard to turn off. The garbage disposal didn’t have the rubber ring, so when you turn it on the food & water fly up everywhere including your face! The dishwasher was broken, only to find out after it was loaded, & I asked where the detergent was. Only provides one extra trash bag. I was told it’s because I was only staying 3nights & 4 days, if I needed more than 2 that I would have to buy them. No check out instructions. When I did ask I was told check out was @ 10am. On my booking it says 11am. The owner was very nice & responses quickly.

I would stay here again if and when I need to make a trip to the Phoenix area.

Stayed for my sons baseball showcase. Location is walking distance to royals and rangers facility. Tons of restaurants and grocery within a few miles. House was a perfect fit for my needs.

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was not ready when we arrived and the owner was leaving messages at our home rather than on our mobile phone. The rental was nice and in a good location.
