first of all when o booked the property through booking it takes me to another website, you don’t have confirmation of the exact location or the key collection until you pay the full amount and the deposit money, the property in sabinillas so you was expected to collect the keys or someone meet us in sabinillas howe wr the key collection was stated to go to Cala de Mijas, we didn’t have transport and how on earth o would travel 40miles to go collect the keys, I asked if it is possible someone to meet us outside the building with the keys they said we have to pay extra €75 ….after so much discussion and complain it was agreed to collect the keys from Estepona which is 7 miles so definite you need a car or hire a taxi which won’t be cheap. I won’t rent this apartment for this issue. not suitable for disability as bathroom very small a wheel chair won’t fit to get in plus bath tub no shower Bath tub was missing the plug, we told the property management but we didn’t get one kitchen is missing pans for cooking coffee maker was missing filter

The location was fantastic and the apartment was nice had everything you needed.

Beds were really bad might as well have slept on the tiled floor. Also neighbours door slammed woke you up. Key pick up is too far from rental property cost me 40 euros to collect.

The apartment itself was lovely

Only one socket in kitchen, no plugs for sink or bath, constant noise till 2am from bar opposite, doors in the block banging all night, dying giant cockroaches in lobby, light outside the front door was broken for last week which made it pitch black, 4 teenagers that hang round main door smoking that don't move when asked to so we had to push past on the day we were leaving we had a taxi booked for 8.30 to give us time to get to the airport and return keys, the lift had broken down and we had no way of getting down 4 flights of stairs with a 17stone man in a wheel chair ! I rang novolsol who didn't open until 10 our flight was 11.35 an engineer helped us get out we missed our flight hence late return of keys and had to pay for more flights this morning
