Location was excellent, right above a great restaurant.

La ubicación perfecta, con vistas al mar en primera línea de playa, una buena terraza y una zona de comercios cercana donde encontrarás de todo.
Calidad precio bastante ajustada para el mes de agosto y estando en la isla. Esta a 30 minutos de la ciudad de Ibiza en coche.
Fácil aparcamiento buscando por la zona.
Hay que tener en cuenta que la zona esta enfocada para gente extranjera de habla inglesa.
La piscina aunque algo pequeña te hace el apaño para refrescarte y tomar el Sol, bastante limpia y con hamacas.
En general está bastante bien todo. Lo único que destacaría es que no es una zona muy familiar, donde por la noche hay bastante ambiente y ruido, si lo que buscas es tranquilidad y ambiente familiar, no lo recomendaría. Justo debajo hay un bar musical, aunque para nosotros no fue un problema porque estuvimos de paso una noche.
El baño fue lo peor de la estancia, bastante viejo y con la mampara que se abría no más de media puerta, difícil acceso para entrar.

Bardzo miła obsługa, codziennie sprzątane pokoje. Piękny widok na morze, dobra lokalizacja w tym mieście- blisko do sklepów, ale także na plażę.

It was very noisy from the club underneath all night then lots of noise and bangs after the club from 4.30 in the morning.

Totally loved this place, great sea view, nice and confortable apartment, good Restaurant and lovely staff.

The room was superb, spacious and very clean. The maids did an excellent job and a faulty blind was repaired very quickly. Tracey the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The location was excellent and we benefited from a 10% discount in the restaurant and bakery.
the only downsides were the mattress in the bedroom was too hard and uncomfortable and there were no sharp knives for cooking in the kitchen (although i'm sure if we had mentioned this, it would have been provided).
Charlies bar was uncomfortably loud inside and the vibrations could be heard/felt in the bedroom until 4am, so we had a few nights with little sleep.

one of the bedroom did not have the A/c and it was still hot even with the fan. Also in the bedroom without A/C we were hearing a lot the noise of the generator on the rooftop or the pipe. I think it is because we were on the last floor so hearing the generator from the roof.

Perfect view and the apartment was nice
The electrical system of the apartments had a problem and due to the cold weather we had to use the heating system and because their electricity was not working and the electricity was cut off every half hour and this was very upsetting and this problem was maintained during our 3 nights stay.

Balcony far to small for two people cost of upgrade ridiculous. We spend lot of time on balcony if had known size would not have booked.

Everything was good, and the staff was so kind and efficient. The location is fantastic because it is in front of the beach and the restaurant has many delicious options
