CRC 2409 - Beautifully Furnished Ocean View Condo
Questa bellissima unità oro è stata appena rimossa da cima a fondo! Ogni camera è arredata con gusto e dispone di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante sulla spiaggia. Il balcone dispone di splendidi mobili in cui potrete godere della vista dell'oceano e della piscina all'aperto e del cortile.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e una splendida cabina doccia. La camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, e nella terza camera ci sono letti a castello che dormono tre.
Entrambe le camere dispongono di televisori a schermo piatto per divertirsi. La cucina ha nuovi elettrodomestici e ripiani in granito e la cucina è ben fornita. È stata aggiunta anche una rondella e un asciugatrice nuovissima.

Our family of 7 (grandparents, mom and dad and three small children; ages 2,4 and 7) really enjoyed our stay at this location! Having the pool, playground and the beach all in one location was a game changer! The unit itself was clean and perfect for our whole family. We enjoyed the large balcony for meals and relaxing every morning and afternoon!

Overall, the experience was great. For an older Overall, the experience was great. As an older couple using the master bedroom, the bed was MUCH too high to be safe. Also, I texted the office after arriving home after our trip to inform the office I had left a jewelry pouch in the bedside table, and so far have not had a response from them.

I thought the experience was good. I would recommend to a friend. However the unit itself could have been much cleaner. We spent time cleaning just to get the unit to acceptable standards. When placing our concerns to Management, I would have liked to have heard something that would have compensated our disappointment. ( Credit for the cleaning fee, etc.) None was offered

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this winter until the COVID 19 hit the area. Colony Reef did everything possible to protect us. We shortened our stay because of worrying about traveling home safely. Colony Reef treated us very well and looking forward to staying there next winter.

Due to Hurricane Michael, we had to change our vacation location at the last minute. I called around Noon on the day we were to leave and booked the condo to check in that day. The property management employee was very courteous and helpful and got us booked at a great rate for our last minute change of plans. I would definitely stay again.

Colony Reef SAVED our vacation!! I Have a family of 6 that brought two we had 8!! In short, we reserved a place well in advance some where else and it fell apart just after we got to the beach!! We called Colony reef and the folks were OUTSTANDING. They set us up in unit 2409. We were freaking out as you could imagine worrying we would never get in anywhere last minute. To our relief the entire experience was incredible. the layout of the unit was great, the view was great, the whole atmosphere was just perfect.

We resented 9 condos for this retreat and the office staf was so accommodating! They were so helpful with the whole process. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Pool is centrally located between all the rooms so it was easy acccess to it and the beach.
