Beautiful Roomy Beach House...See and Hear the Ocean Waves
DISPONIBILE RECENTEMENTE DAL 7 AL 14 LUGLIO. Dall'altra parte della strada dalla spiaggia. Tre minuti a piedi dall'accesso pubblico. Vista sull'oceano. Cucina completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Due portici soleggiati, uno con vista sulla palude. Lavasciuga. Bella grande veranda con sedie a dondolo e amaca. Un bagno completo, un bagno 3/4, una doccia esterna (acqua calda e fredda). Tre camere da letto (due camere da letto includono un letto matrimoniale, una camera da letto include un letto a castello con doppio sul fondo e un letto completo). Parcheggio fuori strada. Sala da pranzo in legno di pino. Via cavo / DVD / Stereo. Grill a gas. Sentiti a casa mentre ti godi tutto ciò che Wells e le aree circostanti hanno da offrire. Molto da fare in estate e in autunno.

Wonderful beach house with an amazing wrap around porch. Plenty of living and dining space. Good parking. Easy access to beach and Wells amenities.

We had 4 adults and 2 teens and the house was clean, comfy and spacious! We loved having our morning coffee rocking on the front porch and the easy 5 minute walk to the beach! It was one of the most relaxing vacations ever!!

Located conveniently to town and steps away from the beach, this rental was perfect for our annual Maine vacation. Tucked away from busy Wells Beach, but close enough to walk to all the amenities, it was the best of both worlds. The spacious front porch, with the large hammock, was our favorite part. Very responsive and kind owners. Would visit again!

The house was an old Maine shore house. It was clean. Lots of space with two inside porches & an outside porch. Plenty of fans, but no air conditioning. Beach is a block away. Hanneford close by for food. Billy's Chowder House and the Wells Beach Lobster Pound a short distance with excellent food.

Great house for a family vacation. We stayed with two young kids (6 and 3) plus some visits from family and were very comfortable with plenty of space. Quick walk to the beach and close to stores and shops.

The house is old but comfortable - a typical Wells Beach house. A very short walk to Crescent Beach as well as the beach center. The owner was very helpful. We loved hearing the waves at night and smelling the sea air and beach roses.

What I loved first was the communication with the owner. He contacted us ahead and was easily accessed after we arrived and had a question. The house was well supplied, just like being at home. Games available for use were a big hit!! 6 am Candy Land on the rainy days provided for great grandchildren entertainment. We will definately being staying again!

This house was lovely. Plenty of room to spread out, yet it also is homey and cozy. We loved that you can hear the waves and the marsh view is so pretty.

Comfortable and spacious house. Wonderful porch we loved sitting on enjoying coffee and relaxing. Owner was easy to reach and communicate with. We enjoyed our stay!

A wonderful location and summer beach house! The memories our family made there for a week were priceless and we are very grateful to have had the experience. The owners are very communicative for any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sandy Cheeks!

The very last thing one wants to do during a family vacation get away is clean a house. It's very clear the home was not cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom had remnants of toothpaste on the sink and mirror. There was some sort of white powder (said to be cleaner) and hair covering the tub. There seems to be dog hair and dust throughout the house, which also gets tossed around from floor vent heaters. Not to mention sticks to any piece of clothing that hits the floor for a second. Also, my (new) socks are brownish after walking around for the day. After communicating this to the owner, I was told "unfortunately there isn't anyone available to get to the house, as it's a holiday weekend." As a previous rental home owner, if I was ever sent this info from a client, I would make sure to get someone out to the property to rectify the situation. My disappointment in how this issue was brushed off cast a shadow over the entire stay here. We will not be back.
Also, the outlets in all 3 bedrooms sparked. Not a huge comfort.

Easy move-in process with all necessary goods in bath and kitchen. Beds comfortable and fans in bedrooms. Practically lived on front porch with comfortable rocking chairs and hammock!

We had a great time together in this house, which reminded me of my own family house growing up : lots of spaces to relax and chat in. It has everything you may need for your stay, and dealing with Michael & Leah was a breeze - which is exactly what you're looking for when you're on vacation. Sweet week spent by all!
