The room is very comfortable and clean. The location is quite calm, but easily accessible to the city center. You have got some kitchen accessories and a mini bar. Large screen tv. Free wi-fi available. And the breakfast is served fresh to your room every morning, which I find very satisfying. Pastries, fresh bread, jams, orange juice, coffee.. It was a short but a lovely stay for me. Thank you!

Spacious room with great amenities - including free breakfast cereal, fruit and yoghurts. Very clean and felt luxurious.

The room was really welcoming, and the bathroom was big enough. There were a couple of big windows that could be opened and allowed the room some fresh air, which was great. Breakfast was pastries and baguette that was left at the door each morning.
Didn't realize there were two set of steep stairs to get to my room, which was fine for me, but it wasn't listed on Booking.com. Could be a problem for some folks. The wi-fi was not great and wasn't working half the time. I was there for work and it was important to have internet access.

Close to restaurants and bars
Bad smell in the apartment, mold in the bathroom. Room was very small. Air-conditioning did not work, with a lot of noise from the street (Saturday night). Overpriced for the standard. I stayed in similar location and better standard in Toulouse beore for 30-40% less per night.

Comfortable, quiet, well decorated, clean & nice touches with breakfast & drinks in the fridge. Great shower. Very quiet location but close to amenities.
It wasn’t clear where we could drop our bags at the 1200 time as there were no staff but the room was clean & we could get in so we left our luggage.

The room was well equipped with everything you need and a small fridge with breakfast food provided. A nice extra was the bakery delivery each morning for breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly . The hotel was in a good position in Toulouse near the station and the old town.

Great location on a quiet street near everything. Beautiful and functional room, very comfortable bed. Great bathroom and some breakfast ingredients, coffee, etc available in room. 24h check in, staff could be reached through the app. Enjoyable stay.
I am not a fan of the full carpet, hardwood flooring or such would feel cleaner. The app loaded a bit slowly occasionally.

a great find. comfortable, quiet and with the added bonus of kettle, coffee machine and breakfast if wanted. love the fact that the toilets use grey water. a well thought out economy hotel punching above its weight. 10-15 minutes walk to the Capitol

Room was nice, clean and sufficient, though fairly small. Bathroom was good. Internet connection was great, very fast. The fridge in the room was good.
There was no interaction with staff. The breakfast was bad, just some small amount of pastries brought into room each morning and limited selection was items. No dedicated breakfast room.

My room was rather small, in fact everything in the room was very small (Toilet, shower), but well maintained.
I imagine that the room fits well for smaller people.
But the place is pretty much OK, in the morning there is a croissant and chocolatine is provided.
Also fruit, yoghurt and apple and orange juice are provided.
No cupboards available, so for longer period, not very good.

It was modern and smart.
Whoever built it obviously has some serious issues as the bathroom door doesn’t close because it doesn’t fit. extremely tight place with a window looking into a building site.
