Didn't like that we had to pay extra money for breakfast. That's why we didn't eat breakfast at all.

Room was fresh, large, and clean. Full size refrigerator, sink, and cooktop.
Lack of dishes or pans made kitchen difficult to use.

Facility was new and clean, simple and sparse but nice. Kitchenette was useful.
Breakfast was a little confusing, we ordered too late in the evening to participate. Wish it would have been explained at check-in.

The outside door to the hallway was propped open when we arrived at 8:00 pm. This security breech made my wife feel uneasy.
The facet in the bathtub was loose and about to fall off.

Convenient. Clean. Comfy bed. Kitchen was a nice touch.
Air quality n the room was a little stuffy and damp. We turned on the air and ran the fan constantly

The cleanliness of the hotel and room actually exceeded our expectations. The room was nice and spacious with a decent kitchenette that included a full size fridge, microwave, toaster and everything else was excellent as well.

The room was very spacious. The hotel in general was very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful as well. 1st time stay and it was a great place to stay.
I wish they would provide a better selection for breakfast being that we had to purchase it. Other then that all was well.

They allowed dogs & they were able to work with us day by day with a ice storm that knocked out our power for a week.
The only complaint that I have is that the walls are very thin.

When we got there, three employees tried their best to ignore us. At check out, I was asked if I wanted a receipt and when I said yes was told computers were down I would get an email in an hour…18 hours later still waiting.

I am allergic to milk, eggs, pork & soy…. So rarely find breakfast food I can eat at hotels….

The bed was nice and comfy.
The gentleman at the front desk to me was rude. I tried talking to him and every time I tried he brushed me off like I wasn’t important. Not good customer service.

nice rooms - per friendly - mess up on reservation but corrected before we checked out. 2nd stay in 3 months; both times we had no complaints. I’ll be back.

it was very clean and perfect for your pets.
I had a difficult time communicating with this one older worker, because she double charged me, I only wanted to stay one night. I ended up to stay two because of the charge and she wasn’t mathing right. I ended up having a better understanding from the GM and manager. They were so much more helpful however I wouldn’t come here again.

The set up of the room was perfect. Included a full sized refrigerator and stove cook top.
There was no pool or hot tub.

location, it is newer, the appliances (although we didn’t really use any of it, it was good that it was there)… they accepted our dog.. I personally like the carpet style in the rooms… all good
