Godetevi il nostro condominio contemporaneo moderno recentemente rinnovato. È situato in posizione centrale rispetto a molte delle principali attrazioni di Orange County come Disneyland, spiagge, centri commerciali, ristoranti, ecc. Questo condominio di circa 900 piedi quadrati è completamente arredato e ricco di servizi che renderanno sicuramente il vostro soggiorno confortevole e memorabile.

Perfect location close to airport and Chapman University allowing for a smooth move in. 2 bedrooms and spacious living room and kitchen area. Clean and stocked with essentials for a few days with family. Close to the beach with parking in the back. Overall great accommodations. The sofa bed does not work but alternative mattress was provided.

This is a clean apartment with everything you need whilst visiting Disneyland which is a 20-25 min drive away. Friendly owners who respond quickly and are very attentive.

We were impressed by the thoughtfulness in this rental. From ear plugs by the bed to quarters to wash a load of laundry. There were thoughtful gestures throughout the house to help us feel like home. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved this accommodation for its location near our extended family and other tourist activities! It was very clean and the communication from the owner was top notch! This property really is close enough to everything. South to Huntington Beach and North to Knott’s Berry Farm on the same Main Street. Disney is close also, all within a 15-20 minute drive (of you’ve never driven in LA 5 miles = 15 minutes).
The unit wasn’t completely clean when we got there but it was definitely much better than most hotels. They also provided cleaning supplies and extra trash bags. Nice little back patio area to enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. They warn about a dog but I hardly noticed.
The downstairs couch bed is broken so they provided another mattress of sorts. It was a little inconvenient since I had three teenagers with me. The little one used the mattress on the floor but we took it upstairs.
Kitchen has everything you need and was a joy to cook in, lots of spices in the cabinet! Overall a very good experience and we would stay there again.
Host always responded quickly, even when someone was parked in our space.

I came with my mother in law to meet up with her granddaughter from Georgia and her other grandma and we just had a great time. Everything was so clean and organized. Also a great location and awesome reserved parking spot which made it convenient for us getting back on late nights. Our stay included beach trips, Disney trips and even a trip to Hollywood for American idol and it was a great location for all.
The host was a super fast communicator which is greatly appreciated!
Highly recommend for any small groups :)

When we arrived the first thing I was hit with was the fish smell. I contacted the PM right away & they were apologetic and brought over some spray to try to remedy the situation. Ultimately we spent about $50 out of our own pocket getting more stuff to cover the smell.
The first night we quickly discovered the floors felt dirty. My husband swept the kitchen and found that it looked like it had not been swept. There were crumbs, dirt, and an excess of small hairs. They didn’t look like animal hairs, but maybe small human hairs? Quite weird. I also found a single hair in the fridge and private human hairs in the bathtub. I once again notified the property management and they offered to send someone out to clean, but by that point we had already done the cleaning.
I didn’t much care for the fact that the couch in the house was broken and uncomfortable and the cushions don’t stay put. For a group of anyone over 3 people the seating is awkward & uncomfortable & limited.
I also did not enjoy sharing the laundry with multiple other people. There were nights we couldn’t get in to do our laundry until extremely late.
Enjoyed all the notes around the house, the beds were comfortable. There was an excess of supplies. The management left a few quarters for the laundry. House is as pictured. Management was very kind & responsive. Loved the neighborhood & location. Best part was the cleaning lady telling us about a local beach spot with tide pools for our kids. Can’t thank her enough!

Very clean and comfortable home that gave our family of 6 (Mom, Dad, 2 teenagers and 2 under 10) a place to settle down and relax! Would definitely recommend! Location is excellent in proximity to all mentioned above! Great host with excellent communication!

We had a very nice stay at the modern retreat. Owner was very responsive and kind. House was a pictured. Loved that they provided some coffee pods for our use. It was about a 15-30 minutes to Knottsberry depending on traffic. Thank you for a enjoyable stay. :)

Overall this property was as listed. They provided beach towels (although we did not use), make up washcloths, and enough towels for all. The beds were comfortable. I do wish additional pillows were provided.

We chose this property for our stay during Disney. Overall, 4 star rating. Exceptional communication from seller property was updated and clean. Main drawbacks were location, a broken sleeper sofa (mattress was available though) and no privacy blinds by dining area.

We stayed at this property for a week and a half for a family vacation and it was great! The property is very clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a baby and I was pleasantly surprised that the owners provided us a high chair and other amenities to make our stay much easier and comfortable. The location is great, short drive to nearby restaurants and beach. Communication with owner was also great, they provided lots of info before our trip even started and communicated with us when needed during our trip. Definitely recommend this property!

We had a great experience staying in this property! The host was quick to respond before/during/after our stay. She even accommodated for me to return to pick up a sweater/charger I had forgotten.
There is adequate space for a group of 4 adults but do keep in mind there is only 1 washroom and shared laundry facilities with other neighbors of the complex.
Overall, it was a super positive experience and I’d encourage anyone looking for a rental to book this property!

Property owner responsive and proactive, the unit is well kept and clean with laundry and beach towels. Shower pressure could be improved. Comes with a Nespresso which is very nice and air conditioning was good. Location was central to a lot of things, all five minutes drive and beaches all close by within driving distance

Clean and very beautiful home
The home was very well kept and came with all of the amenities to live comfortably for one day to several weeks from soaps and blankets to Nespresso coffee pods. Beautiful outdoor area and comfortable beds. The property manager was also very polite in recommending food spots as well as checking on us through our stay. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you guys!
